I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my Timothy Oulton Sofa. With an incredible piece of furniture, came incredible customer service from day 1. The team at Timothy Oulton far exceeded my expectation of customer service (which believe me, is very hard to do), they were welcoming, genuine, patient and responsive.
