Her dedication, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond for us have left a lasting impression, and we are extremely grateful for her assistance. From the moment we entered the store, Edith's professional and friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic shopping experience. She took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, guiding us through the store's extensive selection of furniture with ease. Edith was patient and thorough in explaining the different options and customizations available for each piece we were interested in, ensuring that we made informed decisions. A particularly memorable moment involved a stunning 3-wing propeller glass table that my parents and I had admired during our first visit. Unfortunately, when we decided to purchase it, we were informed that it was no longer in stock. However, Edith's persistence and resourcefulness saved the day! She contacted and coordinated with other branches to locate the last available table, going out of her way to ensure we could acquire this beautiful piece. Our family has purchased numerous items from Timothy Oulton subsequently. The combination of excellent furniture selections and impeccable staff service is unbeatable. Jade in the NY gallery made our furniture shopping a completely fun, no pressure experience. Shopping at Timothy Oulton is truly an EXPERIENCE. We chose 4 fabulous pieces and Jade was thoroughly knowledgeable about the complete collection. Everyone in the gallery seems chill but always willing to help. And the best thing? They aren’t pushy, arrogant, or condescending. And as a native New Yorker, I hate PUSHY!!! We had a wonderful experience buying our dream sofa (Nest Small) in Timothy Oulton with Kurt's warm and professional assistant! Kurt was super nice from the moment we entered the showroom in Chelsea, he kept an eye out for our two young boys while we explored, and provided helpful details about the fabrics, dimensions, and all the different designs.
