I contacted Timothy Oulton, as I wised to order extra crystals missing from a wall sconce. Nikita answered my request and provided such excellent customer care, she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, she spent time ensuring I ordered the correct replacements, far more than the store I bought them from in Newcastle ever did, and kept in email contact. Nikita far exceeded my expectations in the quality of customer care that I expected for a small order. Nikita is a credit to the Bluebird gallery and the Timothy Oulton brand.

My son and I were wandering around Horizon Plaza on Hong Kong Island and did not have in mind anything specific to buy. We went inside the Timothy Oulton store as we always like the vibes there. We were attracted by some of the lightings but it wasn't really the time to make a change at home. We were met with a warm welcome from Mason who provided us with detail information about the lightings even though he knew they were not an immediate buy for us. On our way out, a dog bed lied quietly on the floor caught my eyes. It was lovely and my furry boy at home could do with a nice new bed. What I really appreciate most is that throughout the period of my considering whether or not to buy the dog bed, Mason patiently provided me with all the information I needed and he also followed up closely on my order. This is a very good experience and I would no doubt consider their lightings when it’s time to make changes at home now that I have all the specifications at hand.

Customer service from Rory & Kurt was second to none, what a wonderful experience we had in the Kings Road showroom, stunning pieces, a must see for anyone looking for something special! Rory & Kurt made our visit so enjoyable from the moment we arrived, with complimentary champagne they allowed us time to consider our choice, their product knowledge & personal touch really made the afternoon, including the gorgeous Pot Pourri & Grand Prix roses!! we purchased the Cabana Yeti chair which was safely delivered this week & is a beautiful addition to our home. We thoroughly recommend a visit to the showroom or contacting Rory who offered a personal and efficient level of customer care before we had even arrived, we will see you again!
