Timothy Oulton drawn a great highlight to my first house in HongKong. We looked for the boat-wood furniture but cannot find the quality pieces in the market until we visited Timothy Oulton at Horizon Plaza. Firstly stepped in the showroom, Oscar patiently listen what we wanted then introduced us one of the TO signature series on boat-wood furniture. It has not been gorgeous with lot of fancy coating, instead of, it shows the greatest natural, raw and rare pieces, exactly the one we’re looking for. The long table, bench, coffee table and TV stand well sit on my living and dining room, bring out the most matching feeling to my house at Sai Kung. Small secret, I always put my nose closed to the table and enjoying that unique woody smell, I love it. Beside the first purchase in 2019, Oscar is very mice and helpful to answer all my questions afterward, including the size of furniture, caring tips, other furniture etc. He is the most patient boy I meet and always wear the bright smiling, he is definitely a positive boy. Thanks him to brighten my house too.

I recently purchased the Odeon rectangular pendant from TO HK. Edith was helpful and responsive in arranging staff to help me select the appropriate lighting size by drafting up a 3D mock up of my dining room to visualize how the various lengths and styles would look against our decor. Extremely grateful that we received our order on the promised delivery date and even helped me recommend a reliable electrician to install our light. We couldn’t be more happier. Thank you!
