Comfy Nest Sofa I bought my Nest Sofa a few months ago from Edith and she gave me great service. It took much longer to get the sofa because they had some delay with fabric supply but it was worth the wait!

We visited the Timothy Oulton Outlet in Abergavenny, what an amazing shop, so many beautiful and unique pieces (we filled a van). The staff are really friendly and helpful and the prices are great too!. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Kurt was charming and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He carried over countless examples, nothing was too much trouble. We ordered 8 chairs and will be back.

He was a pleasure to deal with: he understood our needs, explained the range of options provided by Timothy Oulton and came up with some great ideas to make our decision easy. Oscar who is the assistant manager of Timothy Oulton Hong Kong saved the company from a possible PR disaster and I appreciate the service he provided . Bought a set of lounge sofas from this company about 6 months ago and found some “bed bugs” and he helped to replace the whole set and paid for the disinfection service. This is the kind of service I’d expect from a world class brand even when there is a problem. Highly recommended: a company which backs up their brand with real actions.
