This review is based on my experience with RAZAR customer support, as my original order had a little mishap. I was pretty upset initially, and wrote a review expressing my disappointment. I apologize for that. Once RAZAR got to the bottom of my situation they took it very seriously and handled it with grace and top notch customer service. I greatly appreciate that. I will be posting another review on the product once I recieve it and put it to use. Customer service is everything and RAZAR handled by situation outstandingly. Thank you!

Came across Razar which flicking through Facebook, after checking through various review sites I finally made the jump and bought a set of the Phantom series knives, really unique struggle to find epoxy kitchenware. Took around 2 weeks to arrive. Happy so far !

2nd review. Returned faulty knives in march with no sign of refund .After 3weeks of asking for refund company said I had sent back rusty. Both knife handles broke after second use. After seeing 1st review company said they were upset and what could they do.Asked for refund. Again no more contact or refund. No customer service.

I recently purchased the azure series bundle and I can honestly say they're the best knives I've bought. Ive used them multiple times and they still comfortably glide through cuts of meat or slice through the toughest vegetables. Definitely worth spending that little extra to get top quality. Each knife is unique and has its own purpose in the kitchen so it's a nice little set. I'll soon be purchasing a set for my sister as a house warming gift, thankyou!

I bought 2 sets of Razar knives last month, I am just so impressed on how comfortable they feel in your hand and the blades are seriously sharp. The design of these knives are so cool they look amazing in my kitchen. I love them so much I bought a set for a great friend and a set for my brother for his birthday. These knives Are beautiful and razor sharp. They make a nice addition to my kitchen.

Just for reference, I do know a few things about knives and their construction. So I should have known better really! Cheap for a reason. Good points; They were very cheap for the number of knives I received. Very sharp indeed! Not had to sharpen so far - but only very light use. Etched Damascus is nice, but very subtle. The handles look very interesting and unique - will look nice in a rack. Arrived well packaged and fairly quickly. I didn't have to pay any import charges. Bad points; they are not pinned through the blade to secure to the handle - as two of mine are lose after only a weeks light use. The tang is not all the way through the handle, just stuck in to it, and also not pinned - a weaker construction than better blades; which allows for movement of the blade and/or failure in construction. The heal of the blade is very pointed and sharp. Two of my blades were the identical and not a different size as advertised. I've not given this feedback directly to the company - as previous dealings with products from China has proved pointless. A generous three stars.

Great quality knives. Took a bit to be delivered but worth the wait. Hubby loved his gift.

The knives are very nice. Beautiful and very sharp. The shipping was chaotic and I would say the packaging was underwhelming to say the least. The knives were just thrown into a box rather haphazardly. I would expect individual boxes and a plastic sheath for each knife.

Very easy to order , beautiful set of chef knives in blue , well balanced and extremely sharp as you would expect . Having the right tools makes work so much more enjoyable , very happy with my purchase . Took little over a week to arrive from placing the order to delivery , excellent product and service.
