beautiful knives, a little bit delayed in deliver but i am over the moon with my new Phantom series

I ordered a set of knives for a Christmas gift, they ended up sending the wrong set, a cheaper set, they then asked me to send them back so they could exchange. I said I would but at there cost, they agreed to reimburse me the £9.19 it cost to post back but now they are not replying to me at all. Haven’t got knives or postage cost. Terrible service. Totally messed up my son-in law’s Christmas gift. It’s been 3 months and just ignored.

Scam company waiting 3 months fake promises of refunds and replacement , keep you hanging on hoping you won’t claim back on credit card . Don’t buy and if you have been scammed report to trading standards who are well aware of this company and put a claim in for money back immediately - be aware they will make up extra tracking numbers to claim it’s been delivered so you will have to fight to get a refund .

The knives took around 2 weeks to get to me but apart from that i'm very pleased with my new set of knives, first time spending $200 on a set and hopefully they last along time, on first inspection well very high quality

I ordered 2 sets of knives on 26th December 2024. I paid almost £300. I have have not received them. I have emailed the company and left messages on the online comment form, Largely they have ignored me, I got one message to say they are looking into it for me but that was weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since. They didn’t send me email acknowledgment of my order so I sent them screenshots of my bank statements showing 2 payments made to them. Looking at the reviews on here I am sure that all their positive google reviews are fake. This is theft. I am contacting my bank today so that they will take this up for me as fraudulent activity. Steer clear of this company at all costs.

Ordered my parcel in December 2023 and still not received them although razar knives state it was sent out, can’t get no communication from them they are a rip off company who took my money like with no product in return(STAY AWAY NIT WORTH THE HASSLE)

I have spent well over $300 on sets of knives in the past and the Phantom series match these and are very affordable, highly recommenced

I ordered a beautiful set of knives... Unfortunately I found out a little too late that I may never see them. Multiple emails with no response! No phone number to call. This is ridiculous.
