Amazing knives and even better service, i have been using razarknives well over a year now and would reccomend them to both starter chefs and pros, thankyou :)

Poor quality knives that break quickly. Have cared for these knives by handwashing them but the handles break from the blade. Expensive knives should not be this poorly made. Company are ignoring my emails and messages and therefore customer care is non existent! Please don’t make the same mistake we did and avoid buying from these people.

I ordered a set of knives last year. Great knives, looked and handled really nicely. A few weeks ago the meat cleaver chipped, contacted company, no response, emailed again, no response. No number to call. Completed a contact form on line, no response. A real shame as was really happy with the knives but would not recommend you buy from them in case you need customer service after wards. You won’t get it

Purchased a knife set at the beginning of December didn’t receive until a few days before Christmas knives were of poor quality from China when stated they were Japanese. Handles were cheap plastic and not epoxy resign and the Damascus lazer etching was very poor. While waiting for delivery the seller failed to answer emails or phone calls leaving me in doubt to wether they would even come. Repeatedly asked for tracking nothing. Returned the knives back to Razar next day special delivery as proof he had them back and nothing no contact or refund I have had to contact my bank to recover the money I paid which they have done they are now looking into a fraud case against Razar. If anyone is thinking of buying from these guys please before you do read other reviews on here as this seems to be the way Razar do business It basically amounts to theft.

I received my knives sooner than i expected, less than 2 weeks during the holidays. Ive used them a couple of times and so far they are so far the best ive ever used.

Knives were a Christmas present for my Grandson who said he wanted "Funky Knives" as he is in his 3rd year in catering college. The Razer knives turned up 2 days after Christmas but I did not order them till 10th December so they did well to get them here that quick. look and feel balanced and defiantly "funky" He was so pleased with them.

Ordered from razarknives for part of my partners Christmas, apart from panicking they wouldn't be here on time when I emailed costumer email they replied pretty quick and knifes got delivered shortly after. Amazing knifes and they are so pretty! Worth the money I would say and hopefully My partner will love them just as much as me! Thank you so much!

Having used the product now for about a week the knows are really good. But the customer service was a bit of a let down. Having taken a long time to come if send numerous emails without response until I final got given a tracking number. Even just to say it’s delayed would of been nice but to be ignored with very annoying

Absolutely delighted with my new knife set they are beautifully crafted sharp and stylish. Delivery wasn't too bad either I would highly recommend Razar for professional knives.
