These guys are an absolute waste of time,as a new customer with 7 years NCB I was after a new insurance policy, they did nothing buy waste my time,absolutely awful customer service,no clue of anything or so it seems. If this comes up on a comparison website as the cheapest totally avoid,they change the price and try to scam you for more. My money wasn't good enough for them apparently.

Took out insurance , paid 2 months deposit. Recieved an email today saying policy cancelled stating it was cancelled 4 days ago. Stating they hadn't received requested documents. I hadn't been asked for anything. Customer service is really unhelpful, and basically said just to make a complaint and end of discussion. It's been 2 weeks and then they are only refunding me half of what I have already paid. Some cheeky!

Avoid like plague

Avoid like plague . Fraudsters . Scum of the earth. Nothing to do with Toyota, just using brand name . Gave me one day to submit no claims discount document. Otherwise threat to cancel policy by insurer /underwriter and destroy my protected no claims discount . Do not pick up phone , wasted three days trying to contact on phone and website. I already declared my accident 2 years ago but say minor details don't match and need to double the policy cost . Just use blackmail after hooking you up.

Cancelled my policy even when it's their fault their site wasn't working and i couldn't pay, i rang to pay after they'd sent email saying my policy is now cancelled, refused to resintate it!! Absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!! ROBBING W@NKERS

So far so good

My experience in setting up the insurance has been pretty positive. I haven't had to make a claim and they are clearly new with some teething problems so I can't comment on that side of things. But when I phoned to discuss the quote provided by the dealer and gave them my NCD details they did great. Calls were answered quickly or gave a prompt reply to my call-back request. Staff were polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. All documents look in order and the price was certainly very competitive even with all the extras. I phoned the claim line on a rainy Sunday afternoon just to try them out and they answered straight away. So far so good.

I’ve never seen like their services, I’ve got quote from them , they requested NCB PROOF, after sending them they increased the prices , Please don’t buy anything from them. They are really rode person. Even their manager rode as well .

Total Shambles!

Amazed to find a company with a clean sheet of one star reviews. You’re a shambles, you’ve got my poor review because I’ve got time to write it as I wait on hold. I’ve spoken to four people all of whom have transferred me to someone else who also isn’t trained to sell me insurance. One of the most efficient companies in the world? Not for insurance.

Total disaster

Total disaster. The dealer promised a gold plated product that would be better than any other insurance company for my new Toyota Yaris cross. Unfortunately, I believed the salesman (who I now found was brand new, and in hindsight, clearly did not know anything about the product he was trying to sell. He has since had retraining by his manager) When I had an accident at the beginning of February, my experience has been anything other than gold plated. 3 months on and they haven’t even downloaded the dashcam footage to help investigate the claim, let alone confirmed whether the car is a write off. All along the way, they have used delaying tactics to avoid paying out, leaving me massively out of pocket and extremely stressed. It took 12 days to pick the car up from the recovery company, and 6 weeks to request a police report (after first asking me to acquire the police report to save them having to pay for it!!). I will not be buying anything from Toyota, and neither will any of my family or friends.

They did not accept my NCD of van on car insurance while they told me on the phone that they will accept van NCD . This shows how they misguide customers.

Absolute rip off! Shop around.

Got a call from Toyota stating the car insurance for a 6 year old Yaris was going from £300 to £762! We declined the renewal and got an identical quote from Tesco for £201! Absolute disgrace! Makes you wonder if the car are way overpriced too!
