My employer uses this company for payroll. I was suppose to be paid two and a half weeks ago and still nothing. She has called them to find out what is going on because this is the second time in a row they haven't processed payroll on time, not counting the several times they messed up payroll all together. Customer Service won't give any answers they keep saying they'll pass it along to someone. Today she called again just for them to answer the phone and not say anything to run out the clock until the end of business hours. Even my W2 was sent late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not trustworthy.

Christina was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate about what she was explaining. I felt very comfortable and understood everything that was being told to me. Thank you for the great employee she did her job over exceedingly.

Stay away. This business is an absolute scam. I signed up for an annual subscription back in August of last year, I have been able to get on one 30 minute phone call with my advisor since that date. Every meeting has been a no show and now my "team" is completely unresponsive. Of course I attempt to email the support center and we are on day 12 with no response. I finally got the billing department on the phone to cancel and get a refund just to be informed there is nothing that can be done since we are out of the 30 day window, mind you just to schedule the second meeting with my advisor , which he did not show up to, took over 70 days. Its an absolute scam and a loss of 3k. Stay as far away as possible.

The Bookkeeper has been very helpful since the start of service. I was needing some additional assistance, so I scheduled an appointment. The appointment was quick and very insightful. The agent was patient and kind as she walked me through what I needed to do on my end.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They claim that if you open a case you hear back withing 10-15 days, which is already abysmal. It has been over a month and I have not heard back. The case was due to the fact that they did not complete payroll for the last SIX MONTHS of 2024, even though I paid for the service. When I cancelled the payroll service, they blocked so I cannot contact my former payroll "specialist." I have contacted everyone else possible on there and continued to hear "we added a note to your case." I need my W2 and to complete my taxes for this year, yet I cannot move forward because there is radio silence from their payroll team. They refuse to provide a phone number for their payroll people or any way to contact them and are saying "we just have to wait for them to respond." Again, it's been a month, with numerous contact attempts. A joke of a service. Will be suing.
