Our trip to Peru was the most awesome chance of a lifetime. We loved every minute of it. The most important part was that we felt safe and well cared for during our entire trip. We very much appreciated the punctuality from our guides. We were never left stranded. We were always picked up on time no matter where we're. Some of our guides were Gustavo, Leo, Pedro, and our new beautiful friend, Hugo. He is a treasure. He will always be in our lives. We had two young ladies that were equally as wonderful but I cannot remember their names. Inca Expert Travel is well named. They are the experts in Travel. I will use them again.

Inca Expert Travel helped me plan a family trip to Peru. All of the recommendations of my travel consultant, Leila Dancuart, from hotels to tours to restaurants, were spot on. Our tour guides were excellent, and the sites were spectacular, particularly Machu Picchu. I also very much appreciated the fact that our drivers and guides were on time to greet us, whether at the airport or at our hotels.

It was a pleasure working with Grecia, and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and tours. Grecia was responsive, answered all our questions (we had many), and anticipated a lot of our needs. She provided exceptional service throughout the planning stages and the trip itself. I would definitely rate everything about her assistance, INCA travel, and the guides as 10/10, and have already recommended INCA travel to a couple friends who are interested in visiting the areas we visited. In particular, the guides were all fantastic, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to spend time with. We never felt rushed or like anything was left out, and really appreciated all the communication and guidance on tickets, times, and so on. Transportation was excellent, as well. Lodging in Cusco was particularly amazing - the staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful, and generous with their time and energy. This was definitely a big trip for us, and one we will always remember.

Our trip was absolutely amazing!! Debbie did such an incredible job planning and it was perfect from the moment we were picked up in Lima! The guides were so kind, professional and informative. It was such a relief to have Debbie help / guidance in planning this trip - especially as it was our first time in South America. All the tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke English very well. They took us places where we could see everything we came to see, but somehow managed to avoid crowds.

The hotels, the guides. Everyone was so great. And super attentive to all our needs. My mother (75) had some trouble with the altitude in Cusco and the hotel set her up with some oxygen. My youngest nephew (8) got a little tired, while we were exploring Machu Picchu, and then I found him chatting with one of our guides who had struck up a conversation with him and sat down so he could relax a bit. All the guides helped us with whatever we needed and were so friendly. We really can't thank Inca Expert Travel enough. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. We know we got to see and experience things that we would not have had the chance to do if we had tried to plan this trip by ourselves. And thanks to Inca Expert Travel for being so helpful during our planning. They were extremely patient with us and handled any changes, concerns, etc so well. We really appreciate it. This trip has made me want to return to Peru soon.

We recently had an incredible, stress-free trip to Peru, all thanks to Melissa from Inca Experts Travel Agency. The entire journey was meticulously planned, from our city tours to dining experiences, making it one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve ever had. Our guide in the Sacred Valley and Cusco, Huber, was outstanding—his deep knowledge of the history and culture added so much to our visits to Ollantaytambo, Maras, and Moray. He also extended our city tour in Cusco to accommodate our many questions, which we greatly appreciated. A few standout moments included the hike to Machu Pichu and Placoyo mountains , which our kids loved. Flor, our guide for the hike, made the experience even more special with her expertise and friendly demeanor. Even when we faced challenges, like altitude sickness at Pisac and a small incident during our hike to Placoyo mountain, the agency handled everything smoothly, ensuring our trip stayed on track. Our time in the Amazon was equally memorable, and we’re already planning to return to explore even deeper into the jungle. Overall, Inca Experts made our trip to Peru unforgettable, and we highly recommend their services for a seamless and enriching travel experience.
