Fabulous, extremely well-informed and personable guides, each fluent in English. Very well-coordinated, organized pick-ups for daily trips. All drivers were very punctual, and certainly knew where they were going, even when driving in the middle of nowhere to get to archaeological sites. All motel rooms were clean, and all related staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were met every time, by people employed by Inca Expert Travel where we were told they would be, whether train station, airport, or motel, and when we were told they would be there. Our advisor Leila was very helpful and information sent to us was well-organized and thought-through.

It all started with a great plan our advisor created with me. They presented various options and I was able to customize it to fit our family's liking and schedule. We were planning to take this trip in Dec 2022 but because of the political strife in Peru at that time, we could not go. Inca Experts moved the entire schedule a year later and we completed our tour of Machu Picchu and the 2 day Inca Trail hike in December 2023. The guides were knowledgeable, pick up and drop off was timely and the hotels selected were centrally located.

We planned a once in a life time trip from Wisconsin (USA) to Peru and are glad that we trusted Inca Expert Travel (IET) with the trip logistics. We only arranged our arrival and departures flights to and from Lima, and allowed IET to take care of the rest. Their staff was professional, flexible and above all punctual. We were greeted by a staff member at every stop. We were never left wondering what to do next and where to go. The itinerary planning was flexible to meet our needs. We enjoyed the private tours in Cuzco, Ollantaytambo, Machupicchu, Lima, and all of the tour guides were knowledgeable and courteous. Maria our trip coordinator was fantastic. In April of 2022 I had the trip of a lifetime thanks to Selene Montemayor and Inca Expert Travel. This was still during many COVID travel requirements- but Selene made it a breeze! She helped make the trip personalized to the interests of me and my fiancé. When something in the itinerary didn't interest us, she made changes until it was perfect. Once we got to Peru, our drivers, tour guides and everyone in between were knowledgeable, friendly, and overall incredible. I cannot recommend this company enough to help you book your trip to Peru. The permits required to hike Macchu Picchu and tour were made effortless because of Selene and Inca Expert Travel. Once we landed in Peru, my fiancé and I didn't have to think about a thing-- everything worked like clockwork. If something needed to be adjusted I got a call. Grecia and Inca Expert did an excellent job planning for and preparing us five travelers for our trip to Rapa Nui, Santiago and the Atacama Desert in Chile. Her choice of hotels, tour operators and domestic flights were great. The hotels had great breakfasts, friendly staff, convenient locations, and great ambience.
