What an amazing anniversary trip, designed by Leila D. She was accommodating & worked out ever detail to my requests. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions quickly. Even though she was in a different country It went smoothly. I would recommend giving them a chance to create your dream trip.

We had a great trip! We could not get over how flawless the transitions were as we were on the move every day. Accommodations and guides were all great. I think everyone was pretty amazed with the history, food and culture of Peru. Food tour was a highlight and history tour in Lima. Machu Pichu, salt mines, ancient research lab were all interesting along with the many ruin sites around Cusco all set against the Andes mountain which are gorgeous. Shopping in Cusco was fantastic. We felt the people everywhere were very welcoming - similar to the way we have felt when traveling in Italy. Would highly recommend Inca Expert to anyone considering travel in Peru and would highly recommend Peru as a travel destination. Everything was clearly laid out and instructions were easy to follow. The mountains of Peru are incredible to see - amazingly beautiful.

We did the Machu Picchu express package to Cusco and Machu Picchu and don't think we could have asked for better experiences. Everything went very smoothly from start to end, and all of our tour guides were the best. Once off of the plane in Cusco, we were greeted by a guide who escorted us to the first hotel and went over our itinerary/tickets for the whole trip. We toured Maras and Moray and loved our tour guide. She showed us some beautiful spots to quickly pull over and take some great pictures on the way to Maras. We stopped at Chinchero and saw the process of making/dyeing alpaca yarn and the weaving process which we absolutely loved. The next day we took the train to Aguas Calientes and was met by our tour guide Beto who gave great directions/tips for the following day for our self-guided Huayna Picchu hike. After our hike, Beto met us and we toured Machu Picchu. He was an incredible tour guide. Would definitely recommend doing Huayna Picchu hike before touring Machu Picchu if you can! I wasn't sure what archeological sites to expect to see on the last day, but it did not disappoint! We also were excited to have a stop at the alpaca/llama farm, and again to learn about the history and culture of Cusco. Our guide Patricia was wonderful. All of our drivers and guides were punctual and excited to share the culture with us. They confidently answered all of our questions throughout the tours and are great pictures takers! The drivers got us to our destinations safely and I felt overall we were well taken care of. Maria Jose gave us very helpful tips ahead of time which made me feel more prepared for the trip. It reminded me of things I may have otherwise forgotten (travel insurance, relevant vaccines, currency conversion, what to pack, etc.). She was very responsive to all of my questions ahead of the trip. All of the staff encouraged us to call the emergency number if we would have needed any assistance. We appreciated the details to make our experience effortless. The hotels were clean and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I think our only complaint of the trip was that the showers drained pretty slowly in the hotels. Other than that, it was great!

Inca Expert did a fantastic job organizing our itinerary in Peru - in particular Cusco and Machu Picchu. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. All the drivers were exceedingly prompt (arrival was always at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled time) and guides were uniformly excellent. Our visit to Machu Picchu was of course amazing. We had a bit of rain for the first part of the morning but then things cleared up during the course of the day. We had perfect weather for the Palcoyo Mountain hike and this was spectacular! It was one of our favorite hikes of all time. We would highly recommend Inca Expert for anyone considering a trip to Peru!

We made a relatively last-minute decision to visit Peru this summer, and we found Inca Expert Tours which made the process a lot easier and faster. Our consultant Grecia was able to secure some of the best hotels and restaurants we've experienced on a trip with only a few months notice, including hard-to-get restaurants like Central in Lima. Once we arrived, everything was executed like clockwork and we had no surprises or disruptions. We're so glad we picked Peru for our first South American trip, and happy to have Grecia as our consultant.

Thank you for all of your help in making our trip be so perfect. One of the main reasons why we wanted to work with your company was because we were unsure of setting up many of these tours ourselves. You all came through for us and every single aspect of our trips was so smooth. Drivers were always early. Tour guides were so knowledgeable and also personable. And your help particularly shined through when we realized we were exhausted and didn't feel like we could handle a trip to Rainbow Mountain. We were completely prepared to just have a free day in Cusco, but the South Valley Tour you all suggested for us as a replacement ended up being one of the highlights of the entire trip! The tours were what we were looking forward to the most (and the purpose of our trip to Peru) and they exceeded all hopes and expectations. Particular highlights were the flight over the Nasca lines (and being able to fly out of Paracas rather than having to drive all the way to Ica), Machu Picchu, and our "surprise" visit to Tipon. The hotels we stayed at were very nice. The Hacienda Bahia in Paracas was especially wonderful; we both wanted to stay another day just so we could continue to enjoy the beautiful facilities and the amazing food at their restaurant. All three of the Casa Andinas were certainly nice too and we would absolutely stay in them again whenever we find ourselves back in Peru. Thank you again for your help making this such a perfect trip! We will absolutely recommend you all to anyone we know that plans to travel to Peru.

We wanted a worry free vacation. Inca Expert Travel managed all the tour bookings, hotels, flights, trains, tickets, and transfers flawlessly. We were always enthusiastically met at each destination with a representative who reviewed the upcoming days plans, answered questions, gave recommendations and was often the guide for our tours. Every guide we had was extremely knowledgeable and eager to share knowledge of the country they were so obviously proud of. As a senior, a few of the physical hikes were challenging, but my guide was always there with a helping hand. The one time we had a lost dinner reservation the company reimbursed us personally in cash within 24 hours. All hotel accommodations were 4 and 5 star rated and deserved that ranking. I have never had a vacation so pleasurable, enjoyable, tailored to my desires, and worry free than this experience. Inca Expert Travel also was easy to communicate with and always made sure I had an emergency number to call (I never needed it). I would certainly recommend them!

Inca Expert Travel (IET) is your absolute go-to travel experts and planners if you are contemplating a trip to Peru. Right from the get-go, they were our partners in planning an epic birthday adventure for me and my dear friend. I would be remiss if I didn’t say that we had VERY high expectations for this trip which IET EXCEEDED. My friend found IET to help organize and facilitate our itinerary which included Lima, Aguas Calientes/Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, and Cusco. Grecia, our travel planner, was extremely flexible and very willing to move things around so we could maximize our time in each destination. My friend had already done a ton of research and had awesome ideas to incorporate within our trip – enjoying local eateries while sightseeing to stargazing at a nearby planetarium for views of the Milky Way to attending a local cooking class and learning how to make pisco sours and ceviche. Grecia and her team went out of their way to help carry out these ideas resulting in some very special memories for us. We opted for a combination of 4 and 5 star hotels all of which were great options – most notably Inkaterra in Machu Picchu and Tambo del Inka in the Sacred Valley which were extraordinary in terms of their aesthetics as well as their service commitment to their guests. We could go on and on about how great our local guides and drivers were on this trip especially Ego, Richardson, and Gustavo in Lima, Noemi in Aguas Calientes/Sacred Valley, Percy in Machu Picchu, and Ivan and Abraham who were with us in Aguas Calientes/Sacred Valley.
