I wanted to thank Gracia for her assistance in planning our recent trip. We had an absolutely fantastic time. In the lead-up to our journey, we admittedly felt a bit anxious. Yet, upon our arrival and the first sight of our accommodations, as well as the seamless planning of the entire trip, our anxiety turned into sheer delight. Reflecting on the experience, we can't help but think that we should have stuck with the original plan you laid out for us. It was nothing short of perfect. The only regret we have is the change we made during the last half of the day, which did not provide the same level of enjoyment. The memories we've created during this trip are ones we will forever cherish. Your assistance made a world of difference, and for that, we are truly thankful.

The trip that was designed by Silvia of Inca Experts was perfect. It included all of the sites that we wanted to visit and the guides were excellent. She was very responsive with changes and provided very helpful suggestions.

From start to finish....it was amazing! Eli was so helpful and created the trip I imagined. Every location I visited was fabulous -- the guides were helpful and really gave me insight into the culture and history. I did not have to worry about any detail -- it was all handled so seamlessly.

Melissa at Inca Expert Travel was great. My trip was exactly what I hoped for and more. I told her what I wanted to see for sure and the number of days....she made other recommendations of places to see and it was perfect! All of my rides, meet ups and tours were without a doubt perfect....everyone was on time, I was given options to add or rest prior, and never had issues finding my guide, etc. I made my own trip with some group tours, and some private and it all went so smoothly. Had one issue with a hotel, which the hotel fixed directly mainly because reservation was booked through Inca. Met another couple who used Melissa and were equally pleased with their tours! Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Using Inca Expert made this a trip of a lifetime! This was all planned with such attention to detail (I used to run large-scale corporate events for a living, so I know what a chore this is). It was amazing. They planned a custom itinerary for us making sure that we had unique experiences that matched our interests, timeframe available and used their expert knowledge of the area to give us life-changing experiences we didn't even KNOW we wanted (but, as it turns out, were some of our favorite).

My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a trip of a lifetime to Peru and Machu Picchu. From the moment we arrived in Cusco, it was clear our travel company had gone above and beyond to make this trip extra special for our milestone anniversary. Our hotel room was decorated with chocolate-covered strawberries, and a heartfelt congratulatory note wishing us a happy 15th anniversary at each location. The thoughtful touches made us feel incredibly special. Over the next few days, we explored Cusco and the history and culture of the region with excellent guides. A highlight was visiting the ruins at Moray and seeing the incredible circular Inca terraces. Our guide explained how it was used as an agricultural experiment station, which fascinated us. The hike down to the salt mines and into the sacred valley was breathtaking. The trip culminated with taking the train to Aguas Calientes and then busing to the magnificence of Machu Picchu. We were in awe as we walked through the ancient citadel with an expert guide highlighting the significance of key structures. We hiked up Huayna Picchu, taking in the breathtaking views. From the flawless clockwork coordination at each leg of the journey to the personalized anniversary touches, our travel company truly made this trip an unforgettable one. We were so impressed by the amazing guides as well. Their knowledge and passion for sharing Peru's history was incredible. We couldn't have asked for a more magical 15th anniversary celebration at one of the world's wonders. It exceeded our wildest dreams and we hope to return someday.
