While on the trip, all of the greeters and guides were great, very knowledgeable, and spoke very good English! We loved the tours and hotels, too. I can’t believe how much I enjoyed my trip to Peru. I had wanted to visit Machu Piicchu for as long as I can remember, and my trip went better than I could have hoped for. I have nothing but praise for Inca Expert Travel. I spoke with them about several different possible trips to South America before deciding. They gave me customized options for each idea I came up with. At first I was a little concerned about using an organization that I just found online for this trip. They made the process of setting up my trip easy. When I landed in Lima a little before midnight and was met by not just a driver, but also the travel advisor, Maria, whom Ii had been talking with when setting up my trip. She had a welcome package which included a detailed itinerary printed, maps, and tickets I would need. She didn’t just hand me the package, she made sure I understand everything before leaving. I got a similar welcome when I flew to Cusco a couple days later. I really appreciate the dedication the staff put in to the welcome packages. All the tour guides and drivers were great - punctual and adaptable to any special needs I had. They provided a lot of history about the sites we visited. Inca Expert Travel also did a great job choosing the hotels. Ii thought they were prefect.

We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience exploring Peru’s history, culture, and cuisine using Inca Expert Travel. Every aspect of our itinerary was seamlessly organized, so we never had to worry about how to get from point A to B to C. We came home from our trip wanting to see and do more for a future visit back, and would highly recommend Inca Expert for anyone looking to visit Peru. Everything felt bespoke and perfect for what we wanted to see during our 9 day visit, with Marina and Maria Jose meticulously planning that we had the right ticket times, the most knowledgeable guides, and best restaurant reservations. Every guide we had was extremely friendly, with knowledge deeply rooted in Peruvian history, culture, and tradition. We cannot say enough good things about Guido (Cusco city tour), Pedro (Huayna Picchu hike and Machu Picchu tour), and Juan Carlos (Rainbow Mountain hike). All helped us explore cities, both modern and ancient, and navigate mountainous terrain on Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. Each brought their own personality to our adventure, getting to know us, helping us connect with the sites and sounds, and even make adjustments to our itinerary to meet our interests. They also knew where to take the best photographs and they truly enjoy their jobs, which made everything that much better. Incas Expert travel was also quick to adjust itineraries when we wanted to dine at MIL in the Sacred Valley. They took care of the reservation, the transportation, and made everything effortless. Every pickup from a train station, airport, or hotel was on time and easy to find. Leading up to the trip, Marina and Maria Jose sent us plenty of information to make sure that we knew the right kinds of things to pack, tipping guidelines, outlet information, etc. They took the guesswork out of what we might need, which made packing that much easier. If you’re considering a trip to Peru, this team is worth every penny in helping you create memories and adventures that best suit your tastes, and they go above and beyond what any other tour company would typically do. Peru was amazing. I have told everyone about Inca expert. Grecia, our planner was attentive and detail oriented. She communicated frequently. Everything was planned perfectly. All the guides were great and always on time. Our driver was very safe. I didn’t feel rushed during my tours. My favorite guide was Ivan. I would plan a trip with Inca experts again.

The trip was amazing right from the beginning the customer service for planning the trip was great. Debbie helped me plan in a way that met my needs and she also shared when I was adding on to many pieces that would take away from the experience. Wow what I could say about you, the entire staff of Inca Expert Travel, this was a one in a million type of travel, experience and best birthday present I have given to myself on my entire life. From day one you tailored the trip to my wishes and specifications to the final minute. I have express so to all my friends after talking about my experience in Peru, I have recommended your agency to all of them. You team had backup after back up if some of the activities where not available, I was lucky that did not happen. From arrival to Lima, the service was beyond expected. The expert guides, they were the best and felt like we knew each other from a long time and we were having a day away from work and having a conversation among friends, at points I felt I was back to school with the coolest professor that we bounced ideas and understood each other. They were also interested in my comments and my background and knowledge, my culture and we were able to compare Peru and Puerto Rico; food similarities, culture, ethnic and musical acumen. The Vargas Llosa Museum was one of the highlights aside of climbing Machu Picchu. The director of the museum make me feel like I was an award winner writer myself and I was doing some research for a novel. The service provided move me to tears. I was able to see the beginnings of the great Vargas Llosa. The FIL Lima was great I came out with way too many books, along with all the souvenirs I bought I needed to get another suitcase. Every site I visited was out this world and the details I was given by the guides were to the point that I felt I was part of a Nat Geo TV show. Finally my birthday combined with the visit to Machu Picchu was an emotional but a great day. The staff of each hotel make me feel like I was the only guest of the hotel for the amount of time I was their guest providing an excellent service and care. Even it was part of my bucket list of places to visit, I think it will be back on the list but only if I do it again with you and your company, I was spoiled that I don’t want any other way. So thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making this trip the greatest of all time.

Every single person involved with the entire process was fantastic. Silvia was our initial contact and it was the fact that she quickly responded to my initial inquiry that had feeling comfortable moving forward with Inca. All the people that they booked for our trip - from the drivers that met us at the airports and took us to the hotels, to the Alpaca Guide company that guided us on the Inca Trail, to the Shaman they booked for an ayahuasca ceremony - were sweet kind hearted people that clearly cared and loved their country and wanted to make sure that when you left Peru, you loved it too.
