Su(perb organization and information sent to make sure I knew what to do and when. The guides were fantastic...excellent English and very knowledgeable about the sites/sights being seen. I traveled solo on this trip which was great in that I saw other groups of 10 to 12 folks who seemed to spend more time looking for wandering group members than observing the sites. I went to Peru (primarily Cusco and Machu Picchu), although also spent two nights in Lima and a trip to Caral. The hotels were first rate (four and five stars). I also began my trip with a one-week trip to the Galapagos...although Inca Travel did not manage this part of my itinerary, they organized it so I didn't have to worry about anything. Overall a memorable experience, made better by the great service provided by Inca Expert Travel.

Inca Expert was 10/10. I already recommended it to a couple of co-workers. A patient mentioned he used Inca expert last year. Our Cusco/Sacred Valley guide Karina was amazing! Really made us feel like we were traveling the country with a friend. She would do any little thing we were interested in and make it fun. Very personable and knowledgeable. She's a great guide. She took great pictures too. 10/10. She really is one of the best guides we've ever had for anything. Our Machu Pichu guide Manuel was also incredible. He made Machu Pichu seem like a magical place without turning it into too much a fairy tale. Also very fun guy. He took great pictures too. 10/10 Central was incredible. 10/10 once in a life time.

We had a great time in Peru. The 4 guides were all professional and friendly, and were well versed on Peruvian history, local culture, and most importantly, the subject at hand. Their knowledge of the sites we were visiting was impeccable and, frankly, their ability to express themselves, in English, was excellent. Everything went as planned, on time pickups, the tours exceeded our expectations, etc. Of the three hotels we stayed in, the one in Titicaca was least desirable. I think it was past its prime, and, in addition, it was to far away from the center of Puno. We would have liked to be able to step out of the hotel and find a local restaurant to enjoy our last evening in Peru. Nevertheless, we did have a lovely meal at the hotel. On a scale of 0-10, we would score the trip as a 10, and we would definitely recommend Inca Experts to our friends and family. Inca Expert Travel planned our trip to Cusco and Machu Pichu and did an excellent job. All details were handled expertly and there were no problems. We really enjoyed the tours they set up with very knowledgeable and friendly guides.

We would both like to thank you for making all the arrangements and answering all of our questions for our trip. We had no difficulties and all went very smoothly and well. Luckily, the weather was great the whole trip! All the drivers were on time or early, and were very good drivers. All of our private tour guides (David, Peter, Alexandra, and Gustavo) were on time, were very kind and very knowledgeable. All of our accommodations were fine. Casa Andina Premium Valle Sagrado was excellent! El Mapi was excellent! Casa San Blas Cusco Exquisite was good, great location! Tierra Viva Miraflores Centro was excellent! Inca Experts was 5 stars. The only reason I did 4 stars was I was disappointed that I couldn’t finish the whole hike. I guess that I am 73 could be an explanation. But I was able to hike back down, take a train up to Machu Picchu and rejoin my group. The guides and organization of Inca Experts were outstanding. The guides were so well informed and delightful! I would recommend this company with great enthusiasm!
