Process was simple. I chose a destination, let them know the length of time, and the type of activities and accommodations I was looking for...and Debbie planned the perfect trip! With her knowledge of the Galapagos she planned the perfect itinerary. The guides we had made the trip even more memorable. All of the guides had a depth of knowledge, not just of the environment, but the history of the islands, and that was unsurpassed. Would recommend Inca Travel above any travel group I have ever utilized.

We are quite well traveled and historically always plan everything on our own. The itinerary you built allowed us to maximize our time in Peru and not have to worry, everything was done for us...we just had to show up! Each of the tour guides were great, the experiences and tours were all good and the hotel choices in the luxury category were perfect. Also, the on the ground support via What's App was easy and responsive. Our trip to Peru, designed by Inca travel was flawless! From start to finish, they have been so responsive and on top of everything. They booked us the best hotels, every guide and transport was on time, and our tour guides were exceptional. We learned so much about Peru and Inca history! We started in Lima, then Cusco, then spent two days in Machu Picchu, ending the trip in Puno. I STRONGLY recommend Inca Travel for your next trip. And we loved the country of Peru, the people are so warm and friendly and the food off the charts! If you have been thinking about this trip DO IT!

Inca Expert Travel offered great and attentive support for us as we were planning our trip to Peru, and through the trip. I was impressed with their ability to assist us, especially through some last minute changes. Our Travel Advisor, Grecia, was accommodating and understanding of our situation, and gave me all the necessary information, upfront, to make the right decisions for our group. As a 2020 trip that was postponed until 2023, I'm glad we were able to finally see Peru. I also appreciated the 24/7 emergency service available to us while we were in Peru. It helped us navigate some difficult situations and gave us an extra sense of safety. The overall itinerary was planned well, and was what we had asked for.

This was a bucket list trip for my wife who lives on the History and Discovery Channels. Our guides Ivan, Fabreczio, Peter and Diana could not have been better. They took as much time as she wanted to, and really catered to her interests. The Inca trail hike with Felipe was an awesome experience, she had tears in her eyes when she got thru the Sun Gate. It was great that Inca Expert arranged everything from rides, to tours.. every detail - we just had to wake up on time. Accommodations were first rate, and the food was fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough.

It was a very memorable trip for us! All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The drivers drove carefully and were skilled at driving across various terrains, which was great. I really appreciated that everyone was very punctual. We were very impressed by the Inca emergency line, I contacted them couple of times and the response was quick and very helpful. It great working with the travel advisor, Melissa to create the travel program. She created multiple itineraries for me, it helped me better understand and finalise what we wanted from the trip and also increased my confidence in the travel agency. All the information they provided before the trip really prepared us to make the most of our trip.

We had an amazing time! The only word I have to describe the entire experience is “incredible.” The guides, transportation, hotels, and experiences were all first class. Peru is an absolutely beautiful country with such a rich history and culture, there is no way we could have organized a better trip without your help. Our only regret is not staying longer and having more time at each hotel and destination! I have already recommended you to two friends and we would rate the whole trip a definite ‘10.’
