We just got home yesterday! We want to thank Leila Dancuart for planning a wonderful trip for us in Peru! We were amazed by the rich history and culture and look forward to exploring more of South America in the future. Our small group and private tour guides were wonderful and were very knowledgeable of the historic sites and history. We found them all to be accommodating and kind as well. We loved the Inkaterrra Machu Picchu Hotel and would have loved to stay there one more night to experience the included experiences they had to offer, would have made the trip more relaxing. Great spa services, very comfortable suite, and beautiful property. Antigua Miraflores in Lima was a great hotel and we loved our stay there! We utilized the laundry service and it was done within hours, so fast! The breakfast was delicious and customer service was terrific. The Suenos Del Inka was not a hotel I would recommend and that is where we stayed the majority of the trip. Would be a 2 star in the US. The hotel and room was freezing cold, even with many blankets and a space heater we requested. Really glad they had one. There was no art in the rooms and it was very dark. There is ongoing construction on this hotel...Electrical wires, wet paint smells, noise, etc. The breakfast was always cold in the morning and not very good quality. Everywhere else we ate in Cusco and Peru was amazing. I wish we knew about the state of the hotel, and we probably would have budgeted for the next step up. Leila did an amazing job working with us from start to finish. All of our transfers went smoothly, and your team accommodated our last-minute change from the rainbow mountain hike to a private tour and we were very pleased with that outcome. You provided us many resources to enjoy our trip successfully and were responsive and reliable. I appreciate your knowledge and guidance more than I can express, you took all the stress away from our planning and got us where we wanted to go! Thank you!

I was looking for a memorable but hassle-free trip to Machu Picchu to celebrate my son's High School Graduation before he goes off to college. Inca Expert Travel delivered exactly that. They assigned a personal trip advisor, Melissa, to us, who was super responsive, completely understood our need and designed a customized 5 night 6 day trip to us. The pre-travel information and checklists were super helpful. Once we reached Peru, at each point, Inca Expert Travel's representatives were present with all the tickets and documents ready for us. The boutique hotel in Cuzco, Casa San Blas, where we spent three nights before and after the night at Machu Picchu, was a pleasure to stay at, with sumptuous breakfast to begin each day. We could walk to the main plaza of Cuzco any time due to its convenient central location. The airport pick-up/drop offs were all reliable and on-time. We got very knowledgeable and personable tour guides each day, Carmen accompanying us to Cuzco city tour (including Inca ruins and close by Camel farms), Karena accompanying us for Moray-Maras-Sacred valley tour and Kathy for the Machu Picchu tour. The cars used for transport were spacious and the drivers very courteous. The emergency hotline was always available if you needed to inform the main office of delayed international flight arrival or any such issue. Overall, I highly recommend Inca Expert Travel to people who are dreaming of a great experience in Peru.

From the initial inquiry to plan the trip through each stop we had a flawless experience. the guides were knowledgeable of the area and history. their enthusiasm and willingness to share was a great learning experience. That along with all the beauty the land has to offer made this trip a most amazing experience.

Where do I start....the whole entire booking process was so seamless. My travel advisor, Melissa, made my first solo travel experience to Peru unique and wonderful. The program Melissa planned for me was absolutely fantastic - beyond my expectations! I didn't have time to do my own research leading up to the trip, so I felt like every day was full of surprises. The representatives, drivers, local guides, and hotels were all excellent! I am a planner myself, so I was completely blown away by how smooth the trip was. Our trip was amazing and incredibly educational. I like to think that I learn on every trip but this adventure was jampacked with knowledgeable and attentive guides that taught us so much. Our entire trip was fabulous. We would certainly recommend Inca Expert Travel to anyone who may be considering traveling to Peru: 10 out of 10. The hotels were all wonderful and perfectly situated for each location. The tour guides were all quite knowledgeable and we truly enjoyed the little extras they did to make our tours feel special - such as bringing us to the best churros place in Lima, or to the wonderful local empanada's place in the Sacred Valley. It was a relief and a comfort to know that all of our travel was pre-arranged by Inca Expert's capable hands, so we did not have to worry about finding a taxi or getting bus or train tickets because it was already done. Everything ran so smoothly that even though we had a hectic travel schedule, it did not feel hectic, it was purely enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our visit to Lake Titicaca and the lunch with the local family was extremely special - even though we did not speak the same language, they were wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome.
