I recently went on a 7 day vacation to Peru with Inca Expert Travel and this was one of the best vacations I have ever gone on. The travel agent Grecia, who prepared our initial itinerary was amazing and made the whole process of creating and booking the trip so easy. The itinerary was very detailed and easy to follow. We really just had to show up and every little detail was arranged for us from transport between the airport and the different historical sites, to our rooms, to our flights (of which they checked us into!). I loved that you could choose your price point (i.e. whether you wanted to have a 5-star hotel experience vs 3 or 4 star), and you could customize your experience as well (i.e. add a foodie experience with restaurant bookings, add the vistadome train to Machu Picchu or special tours like we did with Huyana Picchu). Our party had native Spanish speakers but my Spanish is not great, so it was nice to have tour guides and transport agents who spoke English. Also, all the tours are private, which is so awesome when you see other large 50+ people tours at some of these sites. It made the experience very personal and I really appreciated that. All the guides were fabulous. They have a 24-hour phone line to call if anything goes wrong, which inevitably something does. One of our transport vans broke down but they were able to quickly arrange someone else to come take us to the airport. Also, the hotels they choose for you are so awesome! And it was so nice to have someone come with you to help you check in to your hotel (especially for those who don't speak great Spanish, like me). Anyways, if you were hesitant at all about using this travel agency, don't be. Book your vacation immediately. I will definitely use them again if I travel to South America.

Just retuend from an outstanding 9 day trip to Peru. Noelia at Inca Expert was a pleausre to work with in planning the trip: excellent communication, always available for consultation, flexible in arranging our itnerary, and flawless execution. She had lots of good ideas but was happy to cater the itinerary to our preferences. The excursions/guides were generally very good and all the logistics/transfers were very efficient. I would definitely recommend Inca Expert to those planning a custom trip to Peru.

Working with Debbie was an awesome experience. She designed our itinerary perfectly keeping in mind that we were traveling with a toddler. All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and were great at taking pictures. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again for our next adventure to South America.

Our two weeks in Peru was a trip of a lifetime. Everyone in our group agrees that the planning and preparation taken by Inca Experts, contributed to making this trip work like clockwork. There were times when the information and guidance given us by each of the Inca Expert planners was, at the time we received it, over whelming. Yet, each time, everything worked out without a hitch. We just followed the steps laid out and all was fine.

The trip was wonderful from start to finish! We went from May 26-31. From the moment we arrived in Cusco to our return to the airport in Lima everyone was ready to pick us up and take us to each destination. Every tour guide was great and knowledgeable. We really learned a lot about Peru, the Inca history, and have great respect for the architecture. We really appreciated each tour guides patience with us as we moved a bit slower or took breaks for my mom to rest her legs. They were very accommodating. The hotels were great and the hotel staff were all nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice and we had no issue. We loved that we were able to leave our bags at the hotels when we checked out and didn’t have to worry about them while we were on tours. Debbie did a great job helping us plan our trip to hit all of the highlights in Peru and we are grateful. We couldn’t have had a more stress-free without her help! We will definitely be not only recommending a trip to Peru to friends and family, but also this tour company.

Excellent company to plan and work with. Leila Dancuart listened to our ideas, tweaked them to a perfect itinerary, and the follow-thru was outstanding. Every item was laid out, the guides were great, transfers easy, and hotels wonderful ! We can not say enough about how terrific this trip was. We highly recommend Inca Expert Travel.

We were a group of 9 travelers doing day trips to Cusco, Maras, Moray, Pisaq, and Ollantaytamo, followed by the 4D/3N Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and hikes up Machu Picchu Mountain and Rainbow Mountain. Noelia Castro coordinated every detail to perfection and was a joy to work with throughout the planning and execution. Transportation was flawless, hotels were excellent, and all guides were thoroughly professional and highly knowledgeable. Inca Expert Travel gave us the tour of a lifetime and I give them my strongest recommendation for travel in Peru!

Excellent experience all around

Heading home from an absolutely epic vacation in #peru! I was so very impressed by the customer service, the food, the hotels, guides, and efficiency of the trains, buses and flights. Definitely checked off some big bucket list items with #MachuPicchu #cusco and #rainbowmountain but also enjoyed some surprises like #laketiticaca and the scenic train rides. For this trip I used Inca Experts and I can’t recommend them enough. They have set itineraries OR you can customize like I did. It was a very smooth process and Grecia my consultant was amazing.
