The guides and drivers were always on time. They were friendly and had very good knowledge of the cities and history. My only complaint is that when discussing an itinerary it should be in a quiet location because sometimes it was hard to hear or pay attention when you are in a vehicle driving through Lima for the first time.

Our experience with Inca Expert Travel was excellent. From the beginning when we reached out, our travel advisor Noelia was quick to respond to us and excited to figure out an itinerary for our trip. We got on numerous phone calls with her, and she always quickly answered the myriad of questions we had ahead of the trip. She was able to customize our trip in Peru to incorporate where we wanted to visit within the dates we would be there, and made changes as needed to our itinerary. Plus, the itinerary document was well organized and reader-friendly, and included every detail of the trip. We had a group of 5 traveling around Perú. We were in Lima first, then Cusco/Sacred Valley/Macchu Picchu, and then went on an Amazon River cruise. Inca Expert Travel staff and guides not only took us on tours, but they also provided transportation to and from airports or train stations. It was extremely helpful to have a guide and driver meet us when we arrived and left each location. This decreased a lot of stress when traveling with a group of 5 in a foreign country. Finally, all of our tour guides through Inca Expert were amazing. We had Christian, Fabrizio, and Peter. They were all so knowledgeable and passionate about Perú and the specific locations they provided the tours in. They also gave great restaurant recommendations, and were all excellent at taking photos. At the end we went on an Amazon River cruise through a company called Aqua Expeditions, but Inca Expert did all the coordinating to find the company and book us on the cruise. Peru was a beautiful country to explore and we are so happy we went there with the help of Inca Expert Travel. We would highly recommend Inca Expert for your next trip in Peru or South America!

The trip was great. Debbie from Inca Travel was very knowledgeable, patient and always accessible. She handled all of our changes and requests quickly, professionally and accurately. We will definitely recommend Inca Tours to friends. All of our tours were great. The food tour was one of the best we have taken. Really liked watching the foods being prepared. The Galapagos boat and tour was very nice. All of our drivers were on time and very nice. Hotels were very nice as well. One suggestion. Ask for hotel and airline loyalty program numbers ahead of time so they can be added to the reservations.

My trip was a last minute one planned hastily over two days at the beginning of the week, and my wife and I left for Peru by Friday. Melissa our travel planner was quick and meticulous drawing up the itinerary. Once she knew what we needed/wanted, she was flexible and accommodated for us. It was helpful to have clear and decisive guidance. The guides assigned to us were generally all very good. There were no hitches whatsoever in the execution of the plan. Totally satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with Inca Expert Travel and in particular with Leila Dancourt. Leila created a travel plan for us that covered everything we wished to see in Peru, and included a requested stop in the Galápagos Islands on our way home. Events in Peru forced us to substantially change our plans, and Leila came up with an exciting alternative itinerary in Ecuador. Then a medical condition required a last minute change to that itinerary, Leila responded quickly and expertly with a plan to expand our stay in the Galapagos. Leila was always professional. She was always prompt and responsive with answers and solutions to all of our issues. And she is really nice! On the ground in the Galapagos the support system that Leila and Inca Travel had in place made sure that our trip went smoothly. Help was always close by, any time of the day. Customized experience while hitting the highlights. Organized from arrival to departure with pick up/drop off and guides. There were no surpise entrance fees, “that’s not included” verbiage, or sales gimmacks. Hectic trip but well worth it. Grecia was a dream to work with…super attentive and responsive. Some hotels were better than others and train issues on the way back, but life happens! Gracias Inca Experts for a great experience!
