We took the luxury experience in Peru and it did not disappoint! Every hotel, driver, meal, tour guide were top notch. Noelia was great to work with and she checked all our boxes for this trip. We would recommend this trip and group to anyone- they delivered a great experience!

The trip planning and management was well beyond our expectations. We Felt safe and cared for at every step along the way. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. 1.) Travel Advisers - I know she is no longer with the company but I have to give a big shout out to Jackie Becker as she is the advisor who initially helped put all of the itinerary together. She also did an awesome job picking out the hotels and making restaurant recommendations that really fit our family and what kind of experience we were looking for. Our trip went very smoothly with all the pickups and luggage transfers involved. Noelia stepped in at the end to make sure all the details were taken care of. There were some minor communication issues that could have made the trip go a bit smoother but other than that the experience was terrific. 2.) Inca Trail - This was definitely the highlight of our trip and is very hard to describe in words. Waki Trek and our guide Franklin made this trip super special for our family. All of the porters and the chefs that worked so hard to make our trip awesome are greatly appreciated. This was one of the best experiences our family has had on vacation and even though it was very challenging we would have not changed a thing about this adventure. 3.) Hotels - All of the hotels we stayed at were very nice but there are some items I would like for you to be aware of. Our favorite hotel was in Cusco the Aranwa Boutique. It was in the perfect location, the rooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed and the service was outstanding. The bartender even gave us some extra special attention by giving us a pisco tasting and education. Both the Inkaterra in Aguas Calientes and Urubamba were very nice, but there were issues with both hotels not having fully operational spas (saunas and hot tubs not in service). 4.) Tours - All of the tours and guides were outstanding. The Cusco City tour with Alexandra was fantastic and was a great way to start our adventure and knowledge about Peru. Alexandra was a terrific guide and even bought our family some delicious tamales. The Sky Lodge climbing, lunch and zipline was an awesome adventure and I would recommend this for groups looking for an active experience. The guides were terrific, the lunch was very good and the views were amazing. Freddy was our tour guide for our last day at Maras and Moray, he was very knowledgeable, and this was the perfect way to end our time in the Cusco region.

I found Inca Expert through an internet search and reviews like this one. I was NOT disappointed. Marita helped me schedule everything. We went back and forth on the proposed schedule several times until we tuned it to meet our timing needs and travel requirements. We had good communication throughout and received a thorough travel itinerary as soon as it was finalized. At each stage of our trip, drivers and guides showed up on time (mostly earll).All guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and all drivers were safe and careful (pretty important in a place with crazy traffic like Peru). Stefany met us when we landed in Cuzco with tickets to all events. Everything was very organized. Our planes, trains and automobiles were comfortable. They repeatedly told us if we need anything to ask. We did the trip to Machu Picchu pretty quickly (over three days, including Cuzco) but logistics all worked perfectly. We were VERY pleased with vehicles, drivers, guides and administration. I would highly recommend Inca Expert to anyone travelling to Peru.

The trip was better than we had ever hoped. We have been to Bhutan, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Bora Bora, Australia, Bali, Thailand, Hawaii, Mexico and other fabulous trips but this one is now on the top of the list. The hotels, guides and food recommendations including Central Restaurant were fantastic. We originally had this trip booked to go in April, 2020 but due to COVID had to be rescheduled twice. INCA Expert Travel went above and beyond in accommodating new dates and travel plans and we were finally able to hit one of our bucket list items by traveling to Machu Picchu in May!

Wonderful experience! The people at Inca Expert Travel took care of us every step of the way, from planning, to all the details in country. They partner with top notch guides and drivers. They have been fantastic to work with from Eli in the planning, to Stephanie in Cusco when a bus/train strike threatened our plans. She was all over it and rearranged our schedule unbelievably well.

Our trip went so smoothly, all the transfers, pick ups, transportation (planes, boats, trains, buses - we had a lot going on!) went without issues. Communication was good, instructions were clear. Guides were incredibly knowledgeable and open to sharing their life experience with us as well. We learned a lot about things you may not find in a guide book. The trip was amazing.
