Our experience with Inca Expert Travel was outstanding! Jackie Becker was was extremely helpful and patient as we fine-tuned our travel plans after postponing a year from the shut down of COVID. Our guides on the private tours were professional and very informative. We could not get over how Inca Expert took care of us when unexpectedly the Cusco Airport shut down. I got a call from the manager who gave us several options to continue with our itinerary. Because we could not fly at our scheduled time, he arranged a private car and driver to take us to our next location. It was a long eleven-hour drive, but we enjoyed the scenery and were very comfortable. The hotels that we stayed at in Peru were top notch and the food was out of this world. It was a dream vacation and I would highly recommend Inca Expert Travel to anyone interested in discovering the wonders of Peru.

Our 8-people group had a fantastic Inca Trail trip this past week. We all loved the Andes (4D/3N trekking experience) and the ending tour of Machu Picchu. The service provided by Inca Expert , and Liz Sperling in particular was top notch. Liz made sure all details were covered, from the trip to Cusco, including layover night stay in Lima, to a very nice hotel downtown Cusco, to the needed Covid-19 test the following weekend so we could fly back home. This was truly the smoothest travel experience, and it was comforting to know Liz was on top of every detail and monitoring our status and needs along the way - many thanks!

Our agent Jackie was amazing! Her and the whole Inca expert crew made the whole process from planning it, to moving from site to site in Peru extremely smooth. All of our guides we’re very knowledgeable & kind, couldn’t imagine what our trip would’ve been like without them. Traveling out of the country to a new place is always stressful especially during covid times since regulations change so often but thanks to Inca experts we had nothing to worry about. Private transports to airports and tours made us feel safe throughout Peru. Highly recommend this travel agency especially for first time travelers to Peru.

Words are inadequate to describe the amazing, bucket-list experience we had on the Inca Trail, being in Machu Picchu and indulging in the lovely surrounds of Palacio Nazarenes Hotel or InkaTerra in Aguas Calientes to list just a few of our Peruvian adventures. Our travel agent, guides, Inca Trail trek operators (Alpaca Expeditions) and those we encountered in our accommodations and dining experiences were impeccable in their attention to detail. We were grateful, too, for the heads up and re-direct when there were slow downs ahead on our train ride from Aguascalientes to Cuzco. If we could live at Inkaterra Hotel & Resort, we’d move there next week. All in all, one of the best trips of our lives!

Jackie was very responsive to my myriad of questions and helped plan a great trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. We were able to customize our destinations and timing in order to fit our plans perfectly. We had completely private tours and even during this pandemic everything was as smooth as possible. Overall a wonderful experience.

In 2020 I visited Peru with Inca Expert Travel. The trip was so great, that I decided to use the agency and plan a trip to Quito and the Galapagos. I just returned (July 2021) and my experience was equally as great. The trip could not have gone better. Jackie assisted me in customizing a trip . I stayed in a wonderful hotel in Quito and found the perfect cruise in the Galapagos The guides were knowledgable, helpful, personable, spoke English well, timely, communicative and accommodating. I had so much fun, I want to return!!!

The destinations (Amazon, Cusco, Machu Picchu, etc) were amazing. We truly felt like we had a personal guide looking over us throughout the entire trip.
