Absolutely AMAZING Experience.

Very organised Peru trip. Everything was well executed by the Inca expert team. Had a very special trip (proposed to my partner) and thank the team for making it happen. We dealt with cornelia, who should be very proud of her work.

Incas Experts did a great job for us! They arranged all of our travel within Peru--from our arrival in Lima, to our departure. We stayed in incredible hotels--some of the nicest we've ever had the pleasure to visit. We were met at each point on our destination, and delivered to our hotel, or picked up from our hotel and delivered to the airport or train station. Incas Experts provided excellent guides and experiences, from a food tour of Lima to tours of historic Inca sites from Cusco to Machu Picchu. If you're considering a trip to Peru, I highly recommend Incas Experts to make your travel arrangements. We felt we received excellent value, and we were well taken care of every step of the way.

Like many other reviews on this site, we too had a trip of a lifetime. We did a 10-day tour, consisting of Amazon, Sacred Valley, and Picchu. I have visited 33 countries around the world, nothing comes close to the magnificence and beauty of Machu Picchu, especially at the peak of Huayna Picchu. Our travel agent was Jackie. She is just amazing!! She helped us plan our trip and worked with us as we figured out where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. The entire staff of Inca Expert Travel are very professional. Someone in his/her review mentioned having to travel via planes, trains, buses, cars, boats, taxis, etc. Our trip involved all of them and in each and every leg, we had someone from Inca Expert meet us and help us with that leg of the trip. They were all professional and always on time. We had one glitch during our last night. We were to fly from Cuzco to Lima on a Thursday evening with our flight back to Miami the following day at 8:00 a.m. We went to the airport and checked our bags. Then, the weather turned and several lightnings hit the power lines, shutting down the entire airport. It was around 9:00 p.m. and I panicked thinking the Incas office was already closed (mind you neither me nor my wife speak Spanish.) I called the emergency phone number that Jackie had placed in our program and a young lady answered the phone (so sorry for not remembering her name). She immediately took my phone number and told us she would take care of re-booking our flights. An hour later she called me back to inform us that she had re-booked our flight from Cuzco to Lima for the following day. She had also called some hotels and recommended one that had several rooms available. I know for sure that we would have been in a lot of trouble without their help. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Inca Expert Travel, especially Jackie and her colleagues in Peru. We will never forget our most memorable trip to Peru. Thank you!

All in all we had an absolutely amazing time and the trip completely blew my expectations out of the water. All of the tours were much better than I expected. The hotels were all fabulous with beautiful views. I loved getting to Lima and having an amazing view of the ocean 1st thing! The horse back riding tour in Cuzco was probably my favorite of the ones we were able to do, but honestly they all exceeded my expectations by a mile and if you get the chance, definitely do the Lima food tour. I wish I hadn't gotten sick, but unfortunately I got some horrible stomach thing. My husband who was eating all the same things was fine so I just got unlucky. IET helped me so much and really went above and beyond. They re-arranged our itinerary last minute to accommodate an extra day in Paracas, private transport back to Lima, and changed flights to Cuzco. They also even met me at the hospital when I got there and stayed with me the whole time and helped translate between the doctors so I could be taken care of. I'm so appreciative of all their help. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Jackie and Gustavo - I probably would have had to fly home 🙁. Thank you so so much!! Besides our actual itinerary, we also got a lot of recommendations from Jackie of places we may want to visit and eat at in our spare time. We pretty much followed all of their off-program recommendations for what to see in our free time and that was amazing as well! The agent we had, Jackie, really got a good grasp of what we were interested in, and how we like to pace our vacation and the whole trip. Everything she suggested for us felt completely tailored and personalized. I highly recommend this company and this vacation. Thank you sincerely for the trip of a lifetime!

All the guides and drivers of Inca Expert Travel were excellent teams and made our trip an experience to remember. We learned a lot and enjoyed how our guides were able to make the history and landmarks come together with all we had previously read. The trip was a nice blend of tours and free time to explore on our own. Palacio del Inca in Cusco was exceptional with all staff members very helpful and welcoming. We had an awesome breakfast buffet to start each day of sightseeing and were pleased with the very alert and helpful reception personal and concierge. We can't say enough about the porters of Wayki Trek as they made our hike so much easier and more comfortable than we thought possible, and always with a genuine smile. Our hiccups were few and manageable with the great staff throughout our adventure. Information could have been clearer on sleeping bags for the hike, it was our only real unexpected expense. When I lost our bus tickets they worked everything out and we were happy to know our guide had a copy for us when we needed them. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and we are grateful to the entire team that made it possible.

Our trip was AMAZING thanks to Inca Expert Travel! Every aspect was seamless. I can not say enough about the quality of service, responsiveness, and ease of using this awesome group of people. The guides we had were knowledgeable, personable, and absolutely made our trip (Rodney for our Cusco tour & Jorge from Salkantay Trekking)! I’m recommending this group to everyone I know!!!

I would give 6 stars if possible. Incas Expert did an outstanding job with our trip to Peru. I worked with Liz from the beginning and she is wonderful. Any questions were answered promptly and the organization of the trip was well done. Also, during our trip, we always had people working with us to ensure our trip was successful. We would gladly work with this team again.
