Cusco during COVID-19 Our Cusco and Machu Picchu trip would not not have been possible without the incredible help of Jackie from Inca Expert Travel. Jackie was very accommodating and easy to work with, considering that COVID traveling rules kept changing constantly, and LATAM airlines kept canceling our fights. The tour guides, the hotels, the scheduling, everything went as planned. I definitely recommend their services.

Originally planned our trip in 2019 for 2020. Trip was cancelled due to travel restrictions in 2021. We worked with the team at Inca to reboot travel in 2021 with several changes in itinerary. Our trip was perfectly executed based on plan. Inca’s team was outstanding and all their arrangements exceeded our high expectations. Highly recommend working with Inca with any trips to South America.

We had booked a trip to Peru last year that was cancelled due to CoVid. Jackie Becker was able to assist us in rebooking this trip to Ecuador instead this year without losing our initial trip deposit. All the hotels, guides, excursions were amazing. Every team member, guide, hotel receptionist, etc, was more than kind and helpful. Traveling during a pandemic brought its challenges but everyone I encountered bent over backwards to ensure my trip was nothing less than perfection. I’ve always planned my trips myself but I must say, moving forward, I’ll never do it again. My Peruvian adventure was well planned, my input was 100% received and I couldn’t have done it better myself. I cannot send enough love, thanks and praise.

I can’t say that traveling during COVID pandemic was without considerable amount of stress but Inca Travel has done an outstanding job working with us thru all the hurtles and were amazing. We had an international trip planned for dec 2020, and when that trip was cancelled by the airlines due to Covid, we thought that was it. But we found Inca Expert Travel and Jackie helped us put together an incredible trip to Peru and Ecuador that would happen just 3 weeks from then! The trip was amazing and fun and we couldn’t have done all we did without Jackie. She thoroughly prepared us for the trip and helped us get to where we needed to go along the way. She emailed boarding passes the day before flights, and sorted everything out when the airlines cancelled our connecting flights, etc. our guides were so knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and were gracious hosts. They were so glad we were there. We loved visiting Peru and Ecuador (Galapagos.) We felt very safe and taken care of the whole trip. It was so fun and doable even with my 4 kids ages 16 months - 9 years. It can be crazy traveling during Covid but this company made it successful!

During the planning stage Jackie was very prompt in responding and her knowledge of Peru was excellent. Everything starting with Liz, our travel expert, hotels, tour guides, drivers, service, itinerary was outstanding!! We felt at peace knowing we were taken care of by using their 24/7 WhatsApp texting or calls. We used it a couple of times and had immediate response. What stands out is that our driver who took us to the airport found our souvenir water bottle holder in the van and turned it into the office. They called us to let us know and mailed it to our home in California! We definitely will recommend Inca Experts to our family, friends and all those planning to visit Peru. This is a company that is very reasonably priced, has excellent service and you can trust!

Excellent service, everything planned was on point and schedule. Liz who worked with and helped us was awesome and very easy to work with. All our tour guides were knowledgeable and patient with us considering we were traveling with a toddler. All in all a wonderful experience and I would definitely reach out again if am visiting South America.
