The hotels were lovely, the excursions were interesting and Cusco and Macchu Pichu were beautiful. Only thing we would have changed were so many church visits. While they were beautiful, one was enough for us. The guides were knowledgable and very friendly.

We were on a girls trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We were so impressed with everyone at Incas Expert. James, our travel agent was extremely knowledgeable and helped us the entire way through. Our guides while in Peru were also top notch. I took notice at the other companies guides and Inca Experts guides were definitely a step above. We had Juan Carlos, Fredy and Manuel. Each of them loved their job, country and history. We learned so much from each of them! I would definitely recommend this trip and company. We did hike Huayna Picchu. Definitely worth it, however, I would say it was a difficult hike and we are all in good shape.

Hard to add anything new that the other reviewers haven't already said. Incas Expert was GREAT. We started working with James 9 months before our trip. We combed thru what the big company tours were doing and personally designed our own - for just four of us that we feel was better than what the tour companies could offer! You're met at each change in location by a well appointed guide, or rep of the company. Everything was clearly laid out and given our small size we could adjust how much time we wanted to spend, etc. We went 5 star with all of the hotels and were thrilled with each. Everything was fantastic. Do your homework, research a bit then have Incas Expert put it all together - we would highly recommend Incas Expert!!

A trip to Peru, if you plan on seeing all the sites, is a logistical nightmare. Trains, planes, autos, and boats !! Incas Expert Travel handled our trip flawlessly. Everytime we stepped off a boat, plane, train or auto an English speaking guide awaited us. Never once did we need to look for help. The guides are the best, special shout out to Henry in Puno, Juan Carlos in the Sacred Valley and sandro in Bolivia. All guides were knowledgeable, bilingual and enthusiastic about their tours. I highly recommend James and the group at Incas Expert Travel for the best Inca experience possible.

Amazing company, why? Because they truly care about each person and tend to EVERY SINGLE detail to a T. James made sure all our questions and concerns were answered in great detail. The tour guides and drivers that they contract with were walking historians. Details were important to everyone. The food and lodging were 5 star. The trek company that they contract with, Wayki were beyond imaginable. The guide, Fredy, the cooks Timoteo, Jose and Isidro the porter were so thorough, looking out for our safety while showing us the most extreme and amazing trek, history, geography, culture, cuisine, nothing was taken for granted. Everyone made sure our time was amazing. I will tell everyone about this trip!!

Liz of Incas Expert travel was terrific. Highly recommend this travel company. We had a wonderful 2 week sojourn in Peru. Hotels were marvelous, guides were informative, excursions fun, flights on time...everything worked...and Liz handled all our emails and texts promptly and with TLC...tender loving care.

Absolutely hands down the best trip I’ve ever taken and it’s all due to our wonderful travel advisor, Liz. She made it easy from start to finish. She listened to our travel and budget requests. She was timely, efficient, professional, and beyond helpful. I don’t think we would have been able to plan this trip without her help. There are so many fine details when it comes to planning a trip to Machu Picchu and Liz made everything so easy. Additionally, everything was even better than expected. The hotels were wonderful as were all of the staff, drivers, etc who helped along the way. We felt confident and safe during the entire trip. Would recommend more than 5 stars if possible! We had an absolutely wonderful trip and experience with Incas Expert. James was incredibly easy to deal with and prompt in response. We put in a request for the itinerary we'd prefer, and James made it happen with ease. All of our tour guides were wonderful, our transportation was always on time and easy to use, and the hotels were splendid (we did the 3-star accommodations).
