I received the order I placed with Rinkit, upon arrival the packaging looked like it had been thrown about. This filled me with dread as to what I would find inside. Firstly everything I ordered was there however the 6 slate placemats were damaged. I e-mailed sales at Rinkit along with photographs expecting to have to wait for a reply. I received an immediate reply along with a resolution whereby the broken items are to be replaced. It despite the damaged goods been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and I will not hesitate to place further orders.

Got garden table woth chairs, table very wobbly, they've been dragging return or replacement for over 2 months to change their mind that they 'don't deem this faulty'! Sent me over and over same messages like they just copy & paste them! Awful. I will be going to Ombudsman

The best customer service I have ever experienced as an online shopper. 2 out of my 6 chrystal glasses arrived speedily however were ever so slightly chipped at the best so I contacted Rinkit who very kindly replaced them instantly with out ant quibbles. Will defo shop with them again.
