Placed a large order for glassware and one glass was broken. They replaced that set. Excellent customer service.

I originally gave a one star review because my order didn't turn up. Unfortunately lost in transit by courier. Rinkit did resend the order and arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I'm now telling everybody how good this company is!

Superb company. Have bought household goods from Rinkit before. Amazing quality, bargain prices and exceptional service. Dpd delivered a parcel that looked like it had been bounced around the van so some glasses were smashed. I emailed Rinkit and within an hour I had a response and confirmation of a replacement product. Thank you!

They promptly handle their orders and if there ever is a problem they'll find the best solution and action it immediately

I ordered some beer glasses and 2 were broken, I contacted the company and had a reply immediately to say they would send a replacement and to keep the unbroken ones. I have ordered a lot of glasses etc from this company and have had excellent service and their prices are really good. Would definitely recommend them

Bought a lot of glassware. Sadly 4 glasses were broken. Customer service was great. They responded immediately and new glassware is arriving tomorrow. Would recommend.

I ordered some new glass ware & dinner plates, when the courier arrived I looked at the box and it looked battered…I went to pick it up and all of the contents were smashed. I got him to take it back and return to sender, I emailed rinkit straightaway. The following morning I got an email saying my delivery was in the morning, I thought great at least they’ve sortedthe order out quickly, when I opened the door there’s another box still battered with the contents all smashed again…it’s a shame I can’t use this company as there was lots of nice items but if they can’t arrive in 1 piece then it’s just no good. It’s left me with a glass filled garden path to sweep too as I have pets and don’t want the smashed glass in their feet.

Customer service second to none, emailed about an issue was dealt with and rectified in a matter hours. Quality of products are high end and very fast delivery of items, will always use rinkit

Huge range of glasses of good quality. We ordered some ages ago and love the design. Sadly we are clumsy so have broken a few and were pleased to see they still have them in stock! Ordered these and some different ones as they have so many nice glasses. They arrived really quickly but sadly were not particularly well packed which meant two of the glasses were totally smashed. Contacted customer services who responded very quickly and arranged delivery of replacements which arrived the next day.
