Poor feedback because misleading…

Poor feedback because misleading advertising and now have a product that is not fit for purpose. Buyer beware. I purchased a 4m by 10m weed barrier. It came as 2 rolls of 2m by 10m rolls which will be too narrow because of the overlap needed. I required a 4m wide single piece barrier and overlapping the cover reduces the size. Nowhere on the description does it state you are ordering 2 x 2m lengths. When I spoke to customer service I was told that picture 6 shows that you are ordering 2 rolls and in tiny writing at the bottom of the picture (unreadable on a smartphone) this is explained. Please make it clearer on your description that it is not a 4m by 10m barrier.

I have placed many orders with rinkit…

I have placed many orders with rinkit and always had 1st class service, on my last order I got in touch with customer service asking if they sold a replacement slate for there serving board, unfortunately they don’t but they supplied me a whole new serving board,which I received in 2 days at no cost, fantastic service as always, I can fully recommend this company

A great shopping experience ✨

I was not familiar with this company, but I decided to buy what I needed, 4 sets of glassware - my order has arrived in quick time and as advised by the team, impressive Unfortunately one glass was broken and 1/24 is good going by any stretch! I sent a quick email asking what to do and have been advised that a replacement set will be on its way! I’m thrilled tbh this is fantastic service - needless to say I shall be buying more and recommending to others’ Again, thank you so much for a great shopping experience 🤩😊 Adding on here - my replacement has arrived safely and securely today 🙌🏼 again such amazing service, thank you so much. Brilliant after-sales service

Our item was delivered on time, but unfortunately there was a fault. I emailed the company and received a very fast reply. A new item was sent immediately and I was told to keep the faulty item, which meant I didn't have to go through the inconvenience of returning it! This was much appreciated- 10 out of 10 for customer service 😊

I ordered some enamel crockery and they…

I ordered some enamel crockery and they were delivered within two days. One of the cereal bowls had an imperfection in the enamel glaze. I emailed Rinkit and within two hours I received a response to say that a replacement bowl would be sent out to me and that I did not have to return the other bowl. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend Rinkit.
