We found the perfect teapot on Riknit, and placed an order. Delighted with the next day response, we opened the carefully packaged parcel only to find the lid had broken. We contacted Rinkit, and received a response within minutes, apologising and confirming a new teapot was being sent immediately. Very impressive customer service. We're delighted, and will certainly make Rinkit our first port of call in the future.

Purchased some glasses from Rinkit through EBay. Two arrived broken - contacted them through EBay @ 5pm - received response that evening to say replacements on the way and by 4pm next day they were in my hands - Fantastic Customer service - First class. Ordered glass place mats and coasters but unfortunately courier lost them in transit. Contacted Rinkit who responded promptly acknowledging they were lost and offered a priority order replacement or refund. I chose priority order which turned up following day, even though delivery is free. Perfect condition and just what I wanted. Highly recommend products and company. Quality service and support to ensure product arrived.

Recently made a purchase, but the package was damaged in transit and some of the contents were missing. Very easy to contact Customer Services who sent missing parts next day delivery, no quibble, no request for photos etc. The item purchased was also excellent value for money - much better quality than I was expecting for the price.
