I recently ordered some pina colada style cocktail glasses for an upcoming event, ordering rather last minute and they arrived within 2 days so that was brilliant! One glass did arrive broken but I sent an email that evening and customer service had replied to me already by 0800 the next day with a resolution, can’t fault the service :-) I would just maybe suggest they add ‘fragile contents’ labels to their outer packaging so that Evri or whoever ends up delivering has an idea of what’s inside as the breakage most likely happened in transit.

Ordered 3 X glass worktop protectors on Saturday afternoon, they were received by DPD the following morning. Great value (the items were double the price on Amazon) and excellent dispatch times, even during the weekend. 10/10 Rinkit, will definitely be using you again and recommending you.

Ordered a pack of 6 mugs, unfortunately 2 of the mugs had been smashed in transit. I contacted Rinkit by email, got a reply the next day and a replacement pack of 6 mugs the following day. Excellent customer service, they also told me to make use of the 4 mugs that were ok from the first pack and not to return them. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending hem to my friends.

I ordered some glasses from Rinkit, parcel arrived with 2 glasses broken, contacted them and immediately got a replacement sent to me. Thanks to Stuart for the prompt help I received. Amazing customer service as usual.

Placed an order with rinket. Arrived very quickly with no p&p. Packed very well. Unfortunately a piece was missing from box. I emailed them and it was less than an hour and they had replied saying they would replace. The next day not missing part but a complete item. I had ordered a teapot infuser. Its very sweet just enough for one cup and a good price. Well done rinkit

I received an order from Rinkit but had an issue. I contacted CS and within 20 minutes I received a reply from Ben who immediately sent out missing item. It arrived next day. So thank you Ben. I WILL be shopping here again

I received yesterday my order and one of the glasses was chipped. I emailed yesterday and today I received another glass. Thank you Mathilde,you are doing a great job.

Sadly no longer doing any discounts for new customers and my discount viucher for free delivery did not work. I emailed Rinkit and explained this and the customer advisor Mathilde told me they no longer had this offer but she would refund my delivery for the order as a goodwill gesture. The company response time to my email was very quick ( less than 24 hrs) and courteous. My parcel arrived by DHL the day after I ordered it which I am pretty impressed with and my goodwill refund for delivery was applied the same day that I made the order. Great customer service snd speedy delivery and response. Parcel arrived intact and item looks better than online. Will use them again.
