Second order from Rinkit. Both were delivered very quickly. The most recent item was damaged (looked like it was done in transit) and they responded to my email the same day, and sent a replacement that arrived the next day! Excellent customer service and good value. Will use again.

I have bought items from Rinkit a few times. My latest purchase of new drinking glasses arrived yesterday and unfortunately one had been badly damaged by Evri. I contacted Rinkit who arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away. I am pleased to say it safely arrived today. Good products and very good customer service. Thank you

Gorgeous products, unfortunately one thing arrived broken but when I reached out to customer service the resolved the issue and sent out a new one instantly. So pleased with their response time and such a lovely customer service team!
