Great company bought a load of the mixed colour nicola spring last year for home and the plain blue flower nicola spring this week for our motorhome. Only one thing out of whole lit was chipped. Sent few pics and they've replaced no quibbling. Very nice company. Well packaged and nice people. Fast delivery, very fast. X

Please don’t buy anything from this site, absolutely atrocious. I ordered multiple items of crockery, when they arrived; majority were smashed. Mostly because the items were not packed adequately, with only a slim piece of bubble wrap between each item. I rang and spoke to customer services who kindly sent replacements, they also assured me they would speak to the warehouse packers to ensure better packaging. Unfortunately this did not happen and these arrived and were all smashed as well. I spoke to customer services again, and disappointingly could not guarantee adequate packaging for these items, I asked for a refund and collection of the items to be sent back. This took a week from asking, I also had to email customer service after a week as I had not received my refund . All in all from start to finish this ordeal took over 3 weeks. 4th of feb to 27th feb Not worth the hassle.

Ordered 3 glass jars and unfortunately 2 arrived damaged. However, I emailed them and received a reply the same day. They kindly replaced the damaged items free of charge! Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service/company my order came through ERVI & obviously it came damaged the glass for the picture frame was damaged but RINKIT was AMAZING they gave me a replacement which arrived the next working day....Awesome company will be ordering again 😀

Unfortunately, sometimes the items had a small factory defect, or sometime broked from delivery but their customer service team was fantastic in handling the issue.
