Swift delivery and good customer service

Order arrived promptly but unfortunately 1 plate was damaged contacted customer service via email which was over weekend had reply and issue sorted by Tuesday. Will definitely use again as know if any issues will be sorted quickly and with minimum fuss

I ordered two raised beds for my allotment on Saturday evening. I took delivery of them before 2pm today Monday. Fantastic quick delivery service. The raised beds took me less than an hour to build. All fixings provided including a screwdriver. Very good quality and I’m sure they will be robust enough to accommodate many years of growing vegetables. I will be ordering more in near future.

I experienced difficulty in sending my friend an order to the Scottish Highlands. Unfortunately the item was lost by the Carrier and Evangeline sorted the problem very quickly and arranged to resend the order. I am very impressed with the service and will definitely order from this company again. Fully recommended. Thank you!

Ordered two glass chopping boards for my new kitchen at 7.30pm, arrived next day around noon. Unfortunately, both items had shattered in the packaging. However, after a quick email to advise of the problem, Rinkit customer service sent replacements out immediately without me having to arrange a return. Received next working day and I am very pleased with the items. Very good quality and great price . Best customer service from an online company I have experienced and will definately recommend.

Ordered 4 canisters to which two had very loose lids. Emailed the company and as answered straight away and was sent a complete new set. What great company and customer service. Will definitely buy again!

What an excellent company! I purchased 4 dinner plates with 4 matching bowls, I placed the order at 5:00pm and received my items the next day. One of the bowls had a small chip on the corner, so I emailed Rinkit and within an hour I received a response from Ben replacing my item to which I received the next day. The items I bought were half of the price than Wayfair retails them at. I will definitely be purchasing from Rinkit again!

ordered a set of 6 slate placemats, 2 were damaged, I emailed them and withing a couple of hours they got back to me, saying they would be sending replacements asap

This site is such good value, it made me pretty dubious about buying from here. However, I have now made three orders over the last year, all have been brilliant, from basic wine glasses to some great stone wear mugs. Also, the delivery is very fast, my last order came in less than 24hours.

I have had several orders which have all arrived the next day. My latest order did not arrive on the designated day and the DPD tracking did not help me to work out where it was so I contacted customer service. I received a reply and an apology within an hour (even though it was not their fault) and was offered either a refund or resending of the order. I am so impressed with the customer service from this company which is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other companies I have dealt with. Please do not hesitate to order from them.
