My order arrived with a couple of broken glasses. Emailed customer service and a new set is on the way, didn't even have to send the old ones back. Amazing!

Amazed customer service from this company, My order was delivered by Evri but there were only 5 glasses in the box not 6 and the package was damaged on delivery. Contacted Rinkit on a Saturday by email and within an hour they had replied with a suitable solution.

I love shopping with Rinkit.. everything I have ordered is delivered promptly, their customer services are second to none! wasn't a huge problem, but a missing item (which is understandable at this time of year.. Christmas) an email to customer services, an extremely prompt reply, and missing item received the very next day! I have never come across such fast action from any other company. I shop at rinkit, because I know the quality of the items they are selling, are outstanding, I have a thing for their Reed Diffusers too! just pure quality, on diffuser designs and top notch scents.. fantastic quality items, and always well packaged up, so very safe and secure.. and courier delivery.. We ordered a few packs of wine glasses from Rinkit, when they are arrived 2 were smashed in one box and one in another, they replaced them but not just what was smashed, they sent a whole new box of each! I ordered 4 mugs from Rinkit and was incredibly impressed with the service and fast delivery. The mugs were lovely and the website was also very easy to use.
