La première anomalie est à la réception de la trotinette avec un élément dessoudé (le bloc lumière, qui lorsqu'il n'est pas connecté, bloque le klaxon...). Après maints échanges par mail durant 10 jours je finis par avoir le bon de retour et j'ai un refus de reprise de cette trotinnette ou alors avec un remboursement à moins de 50% !. Je renvoie la trotinnette et il me la renvoie dans le même carton avec un nouveau bloc lumière en plus dans le carton (à coté), même pas installé !.Je l'installe, pas le choix, elle fonctionne à moitié : les lumières du deck restent allumées en permanence (je les ai couvertes de scotch noire), le klaxon fonctionne une fois sur deux, mais elle roule. Au bout d'un moins d'utilisation la trotinnette ne démarre plus. Vu la première expérience, je me dit qu'ils refuseront de faire marcher la garantie (il n'y a pas de garantie avec ce vendeur). J'ouvre la batterie de la trottinette : et là la batterie n'est pas fixée, aucune étanchéité l'eau rentre de toute part, un fil est coupé, à se demander si cela n'a pas été fait exprès. Elle est morte. je comprends maintenant d'où venaient les acoups quand je roulais, c'était la batterie qui tapait de toute part ! 800 euros pour un mois d'utilisation, ça fait cher. Ma conclusion : à fuir. S'il y a un collectif pour porter plaintes je veux bien participer (j'ai des mails et des vidéos) !

Ohne Antwort , stornierte ich noch weitere 4mal ohne Erfolg ( auf Hompage) nach 4 Tagen kündigte der Verkäufer die Lieferung an und hatte es angeblich nicht gesehen …..Quatsch wollte nur verkaufen …,, absolut frech und will mich nötigen zum Kauf . ich habe bei DHL online Annahme verweigert, bestätigt von DHL und Verkäufer hat Versand wieder erneut angewiesen . Hoffe das kein Nachbar den Scooter annimmt…. Ich werde es nicht tun ….. kauft lieber in Deutschland 🇩🇪 werde den Bericht Updaten Ich habe es online in Eurem Shop bestellt

My husband and I bought the M800 racer and so far love it! No issues yet but have only used it a couple times. Shipping was quick and received it in 2 days. We were happy with that. Customer service is only 3 stars though. Honestly they need an agent via phone to solve all the issues/problems that people have instead of emailing back and forth! And All in all we love our M800 scooters!!

I received my bike in time expected and was very eager to assemble. Once I took out of the box it was scratched and dinged with a flat back tire. Emailed the company and best they would do is $20 refund and blamed it on delivery service. The hazard sticker was put on sloppy so clearly not a delivery issue. Sent multiple pictures. They accidentally sent a seat with the purchase so I guess that’s cool although don’t need it.

Tire tube might just as well be made out of balloons, flat back tire after 1.5 miles on a sidewalk on a brand new X1. They should switch to an aggressive solid rubber tire.

Isinwheel sent my scooter on time. There was no damage and everything was there. It was shipped and delivered in two days. Right now I'm waiting for it to charge to 100%. I can't wait to ride it. It's the Circooter Mate 800w it's nicer than the pictures and videos. So my experience with Isinwheel is a five.

This place is a scam. They claim the Scooter goes 28 miles an hour, but it only goes 7 miles an hour. The scooter broke 3 days after trying it out. They also did not give me my refund. I have been back-and-forth with him for months now. This is a straight up scam.

Am 11.04.2023 habe ich bei Isinwheel einen E9MAX bestellt. Laut ihrer Seite wird der E-scooter innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen geliefert hat, dann habe ich ihn aber leider erst am 17.04.2023 erhalten. Aber anstatt ich einen E9MAX erhalte, habe ich erhalten einen ZLION PLUS aus Spanien erhalten. Ich habe mich sofort beim Kundenservice gemeldet am nächsten morgen nach der Lieferung. Laut ihrer Seite antworten sie nach 24 Stunden. Ich habe 3 e-Mails verschickt aber auf keine wurde bis heute geantwortet.
