Definitiv - Finger weg!! İch habe mir einen Roller bestellt gehabt, allerdings mich inh. 1 Std. umentschieden diese Bestellung zu stornieren und daher per Mail dann um eine Stornierung gebeten, da die Firma nur per Mail erreichbar ist. İn den Bedingungen stand, dass wenn man es inh. von 12 Stunden storniert, keine weiteren Kosten anfallen. Nachdem mir der Mitarbeiter aber erst nach Versand auf meine E-Mail (taktisch) geantwortet hat, wurde mir angeboten das Paket nicht anzunehmen, was ich auch getan habe Nachdem ich eine Mahnung von Klarna erhalten habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Klarna über die Retoure nicht informiert hatten. Nach mehrmaligem hin und her geschreibe, sollten mir von der Rückerstattung 5% Lagerungskosten - mit dem Hinweis auf die Bedingungen abgezogen werden. Da es aber nicht mein verschulden war und ich mit diesem Abzug nicht einverstanden war, wurde nach mehreren Schriftwechseln und Drohungen mit einem Rechtsanwalt letztendlich der Komplette Beitrag zurück erstattet. Also - wer sich damit keine Kopfschmerzen bereiten möchte am Besten direkt von einem anderen Anbieter kaufen.

Isinwheel S9Max my first and only electric scooter I have ever purchased. But it doesn’t cease to AMAZE me with it’s speed, power, battery life, and durability because it’s almost fully water resistant to water proof! Great for any Urban Commuter that likes great affordability and quality!

Be very cautious about buying any scooter from this company I purchased the X1 800W off road scooter within 3 months was loaded with problems, after many weeks of emails and communications by phone, I requested the X3 scooter within 5 month the scooter caught fire and is beyond repair, now they are refusing a refund, please be aware the prices are low and attractive a reason
Terrible customer service
The scooters they have are good for the money but it's cheap parts and the customer service is terrible they send the parts out later to the carriers that they ship through extending the shipping time I ordered a part from them on Sunday and they said 2 to 4 business days and they only gave the part to usps today and the part is arriving on Friday ruining all my plans that I had these people take there sweet ass time with everything if I can give it a zero i would

X3 pro isinwheel scooter already broken, now I'm going throw nightmare emailing back and forth. Ofcourse they won't just swap out the scooter with a non defective unit... they want me to bring it to a shop to get it checked out and do all the repairs myself. I regret spending my money in this company. I wish I never bought it. One of the worst products I ever bought. They can easily fix it but to greedy to fix it..

I'm glad I chose isinwheel
I have had my isinwheel i9 for over a year now and am extremely happy with it. I bought the one with the air filled tires and flats are my only issue. It took me a little bit to learn how to change them but now I'm quite efficient at it. The scooter is easy to ride and operate. I thought when I first got it that it was a little too fast for the sidewalk and a little too slow for the bike lane on busy streets but now that I've adjusted my traveling routes to mostly ride through neighborhoods where I can use the whole street, the speed is entirely comfortable. My town is small enough that I can ride from my place to the store and back and still have a battery left when I get home and light enough that I can easily carry it onto the bus and increase my travelling distance and battery life. There is also an appo that I find very helpful. With it I'm able to get a better account of how much battery I have left and also adjust quite a few settings. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this scooter and have recommended it to everyone who asks about it.

I have to say I LOVE MY SCOOTER! When I found my raptor pro, I knew I had to buy this. I’ve looked at several scooters, read about battery life, commuting miles to night time riding (visibility). This scooter by far was my best decision. The lights are so bright for other vehicles to see and they change color when you brake helping feed energy back to the battery. What I like most is the company kept checking in on me after while the scooter was in shipment, a headlight bulb (which isn’t the light) fell out of the shipment box. The customer service sent me another one right away, which I was very pleased with. They’ve communicated with me several times over my thoughts and ideas as to how they could improve it for next time, so I gave them my opinion. If you’re using this for commuting, it has direction signals and brake lights. Well worth the phrase, TAKE MY MONEY! Thanks guys! Tim Boston
