they’ve seem to grab my profile so I can’t login to show you what their terms of return policy. Something was broken on my scooter within their terms and they told me they couldn’t do it. Replace my scooter that they could only give me a piece to fix myself I’m not a mechanic. I’m not a welder. I’m not your man. I’m not a manufacturer. I work hard for my money and I use A Scooter for form of transportation to get myself to work for the long walk so I don’t have to walk. I can just ride my scooter. So the lady told me they were gonna return my scooter when I call some number in California I guess but I got an email telling me the piece that was broken. A Scooter was not a part of their return policy and that I was SOL on my money, so I had to save for at least six or seven months just to get the money to buy the scooter plus with the warranty for if anything happened I was covered and exactly what happens. Something happens not even 90 days into this product and they said I am not gonna fix my scooter. This is a horrible company. I will buy my scooter from any other company besides this one.

Fast Delivery and Great aftercare

My scooter was ordered on Friday and I received my Gt1 on Tuesday and am more than happy with it it's bigger than it looks in pictures and much more powerful than my iscooter i9 max. I had a problem trying to pump up my rear tyre as the valve was too close to the rim but the team talked me through it and all I had to do was let the air out and moving thre valve was easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good experience.

my personal experience: I purchased a bicycle, and the motor stopped working within the first two weeks I tried reaching out to customer service several times via email, but all I got was many apologies free helmet and no solution customer service kept on avoiding my question now I'm getting more apologies ( sorry can not help you bike is out of warranty )

False Advertising on GT2

Purchased the GT1 and GT2 scooters 11/24, one for my son and one for me. I opted for the GT2 because it offered the 1000W motor vs. the 800W motor on the GT1. The GT2 scooter I received came with an 800W motor. When I inquired with isinwheel they stated the 800W motor performs like the 1000W motor. BS! They absolutely did not care they were FALSELY advertising and simply offered me three more months worth of warranty. Who knows how many other products they are doing this with.

False advertising

I purchased this bike this year and I’ve had various issues with it like the breaks screaming, false advertising as it says it can last almost 40 miles on one charge but only last 15, doesn’t display charge, and more. I reached out to customer service and saw how they were failing to help me along with the issue that they even ghosted me. The problem is on their website they choose to hide the bad reviews from their viewers leading people to suffer the same mistake as I did. Please don’t buy from these people, you’ll spend a lot of money to basically get an item that is defective and doesn’t work while also dealing with poor customer service.
