Ordered bike Aug 24- was in stock- still don’t have it. Multiple apology emails about emails, then logistics, then warehouse, then will send immediately and issue a credit for the trouble - days gone by and still not even shipped out…

I had the v8 board for two weeks and it so t hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. They never pick up their phone and are slow to respond to email. I’m asking for a replacement and they are stalling. They want me to help diagnose the problem. I do t have equipment to do this nor is it my responsibility. Do not buy anything from this company.

Thief's. I have yet to recieve a refund for a refused package from this company on August 21. Several phone calls and emails with no reply or refund.

This Company is absolutely garbage, they use CHEAP batteries for their scooters and I guarantee you that your scooter will die within 8-12 months; Their customer service is straight TRASH they will not help you and BS you the entire time. I can’t wait for them to be out of business :)

I got a electric longboard for my son. He has enjoyed it very much . He had a small issues with the battery and support was quick to resolve the issue . Took care of us and got my son back on his board .. extremely happy with my purchase..

I recently purchased the Isinwheel S9 Pro, and I'm disappointed. It advertises 19mph, 19 mile range, but that would only be in D mode and at 9 MPH....and I still doubt it would go 19 miles. In sport mode (19 MPH) it won't go 8 miles distance. And a single hill drains battery in minutes. Additionally, gliding down hill the scooter will randomly stop itself and if you're not paying attention, you will fly over the handle bars. Very disappointed....I knew the price was too good to be true.

After using my scooter for only 4 months I'm having trouble with a deflated rear wheel. I'm totally happy to buy a replacement wheel and install it myself, with advice on WHICH wheel is compatible for my exact scooter. That's all I'm asking! Is alittle SUPPORT on the product you have sold me. I do not expect alot. I was sent a replacement wheel but to an incorrect address. The company say they have shipped it so there is nothing else they can do. I expect they want people to buy a new scooter whenever something breaks or doesn't work anymore? Because I just cannot find the parts for this.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the IS9 scooter! SO much, we bought 3! Great for adults and really great for my college student! I highly recommend! I love the speed, the oversized tires and the ability to lock and unlock from the phone.
