My kids love the mini scooters. Had some issues and they stood by their product. Overall I am pleased with my experience.

What a good company you are, your after sale service is impeccable not to say how well those two bikes I bought are good bikes they are performing more than I could have expected, long range, ease of use and every practical things needed to operate are there and well performing, I love those bikes and they have given me a lot of pleasure so far, I am 84 years old and I never tough I would use it so much and love it that much, Thanks.

Hey guys, I got the bike to go back and forth to the store without having to walk or take the car. Its better than anything I could have dreamed of. I can get up and down this huge mountain i live on and still have two bars of power left, And I got it up 20.7 mph..this thing is 🔥. It was easy to assemble, I really have no complaints whatsoever. top-tier stuff 👍🏿

I ordered an S10 Plus from Isinwheel directly from their website. The scooter was delivered in about 9 days. After unboxing, I noticed the rear tire was flat. I attempted to inflate with a bike pump and then a compressor (using a valve extender) and it would not inflate. Probably a large hole in the tube or a separated stem. I then noticed that it appears the scooter had been ridden previously. While there wasn't a lot of wear, it was evident that it had been ridden as the tires were dirty and the base had footprints. Isinwheel advertises a toll-free number as well as an email. I attempted to reach them via phone and the message was basically, "we don't answer the phone because we are short-staffed". There is no way to leave a message. They go on to ask that you send an email to their designated email. I have sent emails over the past three days and have yet to get a reply. This is unacceptable given that they don't take direct phone calls. I now have a "used" scooter with a flat tire and am waiting for them to respond. I was optimistic about their products, but this optimism was ruined given their poor quality control and lack of customer service.

The V10 is a great board smooth and fast and can climb steep hills with ease! And I had a couple minor issues and Isinwheel took care of them. They stand by their product!! Very cool!!

genuinely were such nice people. i recently broke my remote by falling(death wobbles) and they gave a new one for free :D they were so kinda and patient. just genuinely 10/10 people. thank you guys for being such an amazing cool people :D

Very disappointed. Handlebar stem lock bolt was not included with my bike. I have a requewst in with Isenwheel but I am really unhappy.
