Very poor service from this company and little help. the samples sent out look nothing like the flooring the website page, i had to order a whole pack of flooring costing me £19 for a delivery then ordered another 34 packs which delievery cost over £50. contacted the company so many times before this to help as i didnt know what to expect when i saw the flooring i even wrote to the ceo and was ignored. the customer care team dont care to help and will do nothing to support you. i was told by one that they would double check with the warehouse about why the photos on the website where different and they would get back to me with the correct shade, i was still ignored. just overall a bunch of people who do not care.. i struggle with my mental health and can honestly say this worsened it. they also dont have a return service you have to pay for this yourself so you can only imagine how frustrating it is when you recieve floors that look nothing like the photos online. i will never use this company again it is alot cheaper but you pay for it with the customer services and the people who run the company.

I had specific delivery requirements which this company went out of their way to meet. I made several phone calls prior to ordering. My calls were answered swiftly, and the people that I spoke to could not have been more helpful, despite the fact that the item i was purchasing cost only £5.00

I bought 65 M2 of wooden floor which was costly. When start laying could see the joint is not proper, rang them , hard to get them , finally they give another number , spoke to sale department, they send link to fill the complaint, ask many questions and photo requires. All sent , no response in 2 days. Rang again they saying another form and photos . I could see they don't want take responsibility.

22 days ago they sold me some flooring they do not have. It is their legal obligation to refund me immediately. Despite TEN phones and three promises (lies) that they had issued the refund I still don’t have MY money. On Thursday a lady in their customer services said the refund has been issued and yesterday after four calls another said it has been issued. This is all lies. I had a reply to a review on here to contact Susan George which I duly did, she ignored me and refused to take my calls. The message on here contained the order number so WHY did I have to send an email as well? I’ll tell you why, so this company could prolong keeping my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM . THEY ILLEGALLY TAKE MONEY FOR ITEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE AND THEY YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK. They are clearly trained to lie. I am having to go through the small claims court now. Also reported to trading standard for breach of consumer law. AVOID AVOID AVOID . And if you get a message from Susan George don’t bother to reply, it’s a scam. She’s doesn’t exist . Just rang them again and the lady (Lisa) has told me the refund has NOT been issued but is down to be done on Tuesday. That will be 24 days after they illegally sold me goods they do not have. So it WAS lies that the refund has been issued.
