Arrived quickly well packaged

3/3/25 So I have finally received an email saying that my refund has been processed and I should receive it in my bank in 3 - 5 days, but no email from Head of Customer Services even though I have sent one to the email address given twice (as requested by them in their response below) - perhaps that person doesnt actually exist and its their standard response?? 27/2/25 So I followed the advice given by the Head of Customer Service and emailed on the address given on this reply. Guess what?? - no response again!! So from 3rd February until today, still no refund. Would strongly advise that you avoid this company at all costs! Purchased a large amount of laminate flooring for our home and then found we needed more as some of the planks were unusable due to their poor quality and lack of colour match. Went onto the website and ordered 4 packs. Then receive an email saying the product has been discontinued. Why was it still on the website if there was none in stock??? Received an email saying a refund would be issued and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it!

Damaged flooring, would not assist wity delivery. Carried 46 boxes to my property as a Lone female. Wouldn't recommend

Good online service easy to use and delivered on time cannot fault these.

Ordered some samples from Leader floors,for an upcoming home project. Wide range to choose from and were recieved quickly. Still deliberating but love the choices that were chosen
