Customer service could be a bit better
I got a phone call a week after ordering that the underlay I had originally ordered wasn’t in stock. They did replace it with similar stuff but why was I able to order in the first place. Also on delivery, didn’t help bring anything in. Flooring can be really heavy and I just think they should have helped

Where do I start flooring shoukd of been delivered on the 12th Feb I had no telephone call messege or email to say was delayed to be told when I rang no flooring in stock I cancelled items on 18th after being told still no stock. So imagine my surprise whe I get a email saying my flooring is being delivered the next day 20th Feb I rang company who told me to reject order which I did. Still awaiting a refund which apparently takes upto 14 working days ive had no email or anything even in regard to rejecting flooring..but 14 days wait for refund is ridiculous nowadays! So I'm waiting with bated breath as yo if I end up ringing in 14 days to get my money bk.. 1st time I used this company they where fab but not this time lack of communication and 1st bloke I spoke to needs to go kn a course of gow bot to speak to customers as his attitude was appalling!

Do not use this company under any circumstances they are fraudulent and I am disgusted with your company and crap customer service for a refund of damaged goods I was promised on 30th December 2024. I then chased the refund by email 16th January and told there was a delay and it would be with me that week. I received no response. I then chased by email 3rd February and asked to raise a complaint and received no response. I then chased 4th February and received a phone call to confirm there was a delay and it would be with me the same week I asked for a proper investigation which they said they couldn't do again no refund. I then asked again to raise it as a complaint on 5th February to which he replied asking me to raise it as per your website. I said clearly you don't read your website which stated to email the same email address i had already sent it to help#leaderfloors.co.uk to which they dismissed my request again and did not raise a complaint or get a manager to contact me. On 6th of February i was told again it would be with me in 3-5 days and still 5 days later no refund. I then emailed 20th February to chase refund and again got told there is a delay, no apology, no explanation as to why no reassurance as to when it'll be with me. Your company are a disgrace and should not be trading I've spent over a £1,000 with you and had planned to spend more but you can't even give me a £40.00 refund for damaged items so I'll take my business elsewhere. I've reported you to trading standards so I'll see what they have to say.
Unprofessional don’t seem to know what’s going on
Asked to review my order I ordered 31st Jan still haven’t received it delayed twice then the delivery day the driver never bothered attempting the delivery staff have no idea what’s going on have been assured next delivery will get to me but I’m losing hope now.

Received my samples as I couldn’t decide which one to have. All of really good quality so once decorated will be ordering which one I’ve chosen.
Quality skirting
Very hard to find quality skirting to match the flooring but this was achieved by purchasing from Leader Floors. It made the finishing touch look really good.

The wrong items were delivered which I subsequently returned in the original packaging. It's proving impossible to get a refund
