Whilst the company seems genuine the product is dreadful.. The description states, 'this premium wall and ceiling panel is adorned with a rich real oak veneer, offering a luxurious natural wood feel. Its innovative design features a three-sided finish for seamless elegance and a noise-reducing felt backing that significantly diminishes sound transmission,' a sample came and its paper!!!! not veneer.

Great service

Luisa Sánchez. did not receive the product delivery in the expected time. I had to wait all day. The delivery service is very poor. I do not recommend them. I tried to contact them at the office phone and they never answered. It is a very ordinary company and they do not have customer service.

Absolutely would not recommend them took three weeks to get the samples from them and it’s all over their website that it takes 48 hours max. They advised would refund postage another two weeks later. I’m still waiting for it so what would they be like in delivering the flooring, I have no idea and I’m not gonna find out cause I definitely won’t be using them.
