After more than a month of the return, they haven't refunded the money. Emails, calls - waste of time. They sent two shades of floor for the same item code. Find a decent floor seller. Don't waste your time and money with these ones.

Ordered 13 samples, did not received them due to the courier misplacing the parcel. Paid £7.5 for shipping and never been refunded. They have promised to refund me 2 weeks ago, but no refund yet.
