We had stuggles to decide on the floori g for.our new bathroom. One look at the High Gloss White Laminate tiles and we both said yep, that's it. The tiles arrived in time as stated. They are now down and are stunning. The site was easy to use, the details of the product was totally accurate. We will 100% recommend.

My order for flooring was due to arrive on the 9th Jan and VIP delayed this delivery their end (see forwarded email below). I was told that they didn't load the order when the delivery vans went out on the 9th and again on the 10th. VIP delivered (their courier) eventually rescheduled this delivery to 15/1/25, wavering the redelivery fee as the issue was on their end. This delayed alone has set our renovation back by at least two weeks. When the packs were eventually delivered, there was significant damage in 4 packs (I have sent photos already). I have contacted customer service to get these packs replaced ASAP, but this product is now out of stock. With the damaged flooring and the delay in ordering a replacement, our renovation will be delayed by almost 2 months. I was offered HALF the delivery money back and for a replacement to be sent out ("whenever the flooring is restocked") when I reported this to Leader. Terrible.

LVT IXPE acoustic and thermal underlay with moisture barrier is very competitively priced, arrived as scheduled and appears to be on a par with much more expensive named brands.

It eas easy enough to find the products I require on your site and there is a good range of products. If I had a criticism it would the terms and conditions tick box it was a bit temperamental and kept on kicking me back and not allowing me to go to the basket and pay for the items but we got there in he end. Looking forward yo the delivery of the items now. Well done it is a thumbs up from me

Good range of products at a decent price too. 20 boxes of laminate and four days of aching but my floor is done and happy with the look. Just one board slightly damaged out of 140 so already better than there majority of big name hardware stores, but wasn't a problem. Hopefully lasts a while now!
