ordered the joust xls perfect for

I placed an order for 3 items, 2 I have received 2 days apart and the other no idea after waiting a week.. I have tried contacting them by email several times but not had a single response. On the website there is a message saying there may be a 48 hour delay with orders due to being busy, whilst I understand this it would be helpful for even a short reply to my emails advising of where my missing item is. The other two items were sent out on separate deliveries but no update telling me this, when the first parcel arrived I was expecting all three items just to find one and with no explanation at all. The two items I have received already are as expected and I have no problem with them if only the customer service was better.

No response to e-mail, no package and not a single sign of care, ordered a set of darts 2 weeks ago now and I still havent recieved anything. No customer support at all.

Ordered new blue stems and blue flights both packets had a great amount of items in. I think I received around 15 stems and 15 flights, for a great price. The items came within 3 working days. Will be ordering again 👍🏻

Very fast delivery great darts

I've now ordered several Items from Red Dragon Darts and I must say I am highly satisfied. Not only with the high quality of the items or the price but the excellent time of delivery. I will continue to use Red Dragon Darts for all my arrow needs.

I've tried multiple times to contact this company regarding a returns query as there was no returns slip in with the item I purchased and I've had no response, Judging by comments on some of their Facebook posts this seems to be an ongoing issue. Really poor customer service!!
