Placed an order on 11th March and never…

Placed an order on 11th March and never received a confirmation. I emailed three times with absolutely no reply and even reached out via social media — again, no response. I eventually had to call them myself, only to be told that the order didn’t have the correct customs documents and was essentially “lost.” Customer service said, “We have no control if the parcel gets shipped correctly,” which is just unacceptable. They didn’t offer to resend the order, no compensation, and honestly, no real apology. If I hadn’t chased them, I would have been left completely in the dark. I originally said I would reorder — but after this experience, I absolutely won’t be ordering again. Extremely disappointed.

Good quality product and service (for items over £59). However, the delivery charge of £19.95 for items under £59 means that I buy a lot less from tennis-point than I would like which is such a shame.

Wilson Pro Tour

Ordered a pair of Wilson Pro Tour, all court trainers. I was initially worried after reading some of the reviews however order was processed swiftly and arrived within the week. Couldn't be happier with the product and service. Roy

Useless company no item no money no returns

Be absolutely certain about what you need and the correct size before purchasing from them. Their return service is unreliable, so you could end up without the item and out of pocket. Would not recommend to no one !!!!!!! Useless company scamming people

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered £250 of tennis clothing. Did not receive a tennis skirt I had ordered. I have twin girls and was planning on giving them each a matching tennis outfit. I contacted them to advise that I had not received one of the tennis skirts. They simply refunded the money for the missing item instead of sending out the item to me. If I am to buy the skirt again, I will need to pay nearly £20 in postage. I have emailed the customer service team repeatedly and phoned them over the past few days. Spoke to a girl called Eleanor who was not empathetic or understanding of the situation. Never have I had such bad customer service. She spoke to her manager who simply said ‘no, we are not offering free delivery’. So disappointed by this company as are a lot of other customers with the number of terrible reviews.

Great tennis shoes and good price

I must admit, having read previous reviews of this company I was a little nervous when my son asked for these tennis shoes for Christmas. However, I need not have been worried. They were shipped from Germany, arrived on Christmas Eve (we were late ordering so this was a bonus) and my son assures me that they are excellent tennis shoes and he loves them.

Horrendous Experience

The most horrible company to deal with. No communication, package never arrived, no contact for 2 months. Customer service hung-up on me when I asked for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs, items will not be delivered and there will be zero communication.

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company. You will not receive your item nor will you receive a response from anyone. Ordered item for a Christmas present over a week before Christmas and still yet to receive it. Apparently a delivery attempt was made today, no knock on the door or slip left. Poor, poor experience, will never use again

mfers, not only delivery was late, they sent me wrong shoes, they just put some random shoes into the original box and expected me to accept it or what? That's what they replied - We are very sorry that we sent you the wrong shoe. We understand how disappointing this is. Unfortunately we do not offer reshipments or exchanges, so the best way to deal with this would be to: 1. Register the item on our returns portal to get a returns label - Returns service | Tennis-Point There may be a PLN 14,95 deduction for the return costs, but we will refund this afterwards. These guys are a joke, don't use this pseudo company!
