I ordered from them a couple of years ago and they were great with reasonable postage costs. This time the postage cost was huge - it would have been about 2/3 of the cost of the actual product. So I won't be using them this time or, probably ever again I'm afraid.

Avoid this company. I have tried to return an item and they have deliberately stone walled me. Firstly the website did not allow me to print a return label. I contacted their customer service who initially replied but then ignored my emails requesting a return label and refund. I’ve written around 10 emails which have all been ignored. I should probably write to the ombudsman since they do not honour their obligation to return items. I seldom write reviews but this has really angered me.

They are either inept or heartless fraudsters. I have now been waiting 3 months for my gift card refund after my order didn’t arrive and STILL yet to receive it. Their customer service team take days, often weeks to respond, and have made a very simple problem needlessly stressful. They have even tried to say they have refunded me by sending me a screenshot of someone else’s refund, with their bank details on it! Quite incredible. I am not sure what to do because they have stolen my money, and even after such bad customer service they aren’t willing to give it back or compensate me for the stress they have caused. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I bought a Yonex Ezone racket not once but twice from Tennis point uk along with some accessories . The product was delivered within the specified timeline and in absolutley wonderful condition and packaging. Also the prices were the best online price . I am delighted with my purchase and would like to assure that buying from Tennis point is an stress free process and would like to recommend the site to anyone wanting to purchase tennis goods.

Unfortunately, because my order did not come on time, I returned without getting my order from London. This was a disappointment for me.

The package has not arrived at the couriers 5 days after I was advised that it had been shipped from Tennis Point.

I had read reviews but only after I ordered, most appear negative so was a little apprehensive. I ordered in the UK. Thought I would write the review to give some balance. Tracking number was sent after placing the order, but it didnt work it said it wasnt yet registered on the system. It took 6 days from order for it to register and then was delivered same day, no problem. So while I cant comment on customer service per se (reviews arent great) - based on a review below apparently the order is posted from Germany to UK and only then do DPD pick it up, which may explain things. It did arrive, communication wasnt great as to why it was delayed and perhaps Amazon have raised the bar so high that if its not next day we worry. But all good. Delivery 6 days after order.

Really disappointing…. As soon as I placed the order I realised I had spent £25 on postage which was my fault for not paying attention so I cancelled the order STRAIGHT AWAY. I didn’t hear anything so I tried contacting them again. I then only got a reply when my package had been shipped and it was too late to cancel the order. I tried to explain to them that I had done the right thing and cancelled the order straight away and it was THEIR error that they didn’t reply in time but they just kept repeating the same response and not listening to what I was saying. Don’t waste your time and money on them
