Horrible e-shop
I have ordered racket and shoes last week. From another shop something else, that have come 3days ago. They have writen every day it will come, but nothing in that 3 days. After the call they told me courier couldn´t find me, but it was the same adress like always, like the one who I have recived package already. Now they told me the racket and shoes are going back to Germany or where is their warehouse. And also they can´t send it back to my adress when something like this happend.. noone called me, noone was coming to my house and they always wrote only that it will come. If I did´t call I wouldn´t find out about this also. So I´m really pissed with this shop, I was thinking they are big and don´t do some sh** like this. I also find out they have bigger price on some items for players when you are registered.. nonsence

They sent a wrong tennis racket to my mom which cost £232, completely disappointed and now after reading all the reviews I'm afraid to send the racket back to Them if ppl writing that after 1 month they still can't see money back for the refund. That was last purchase from our family. Not recommended at all!!!!!
Delivery cost too much.
I strongly object to paying £19.95 for postage, not next day but standard delivery ( ordered on Saturday and still not here on Wednesday). If I had noticed before I confirmed the order I would have cancelled and will not be using Tennispoint again.

I can’t return my order when I go to create shipping label it comes up with “something has not worked out”. I’ve emailed and had no response. Any suggestions please. I have a lot of items to return😫

Avoid. Website offers price guarantee which the company does not uphold. I sent a link and screenshot of the racket on another website and emailed this to tennis point. They took 3 weeks to reply saying they wouldn’t honour this. No explanation of why
Impossible to return items!
An all round poor company that I would STRONGLY recommend you avoid. They never respond to emails so don't bother sending any. It is totally impossible to return any items as when you try to enter your order number and email address on their website returns section and click on 'Create shipping label', a message comes up saying, 'an error has occurred, please try again'. So I'm basically stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit and I cannot return them. This company should not be trading. Disgusting service!
Not a scam - delivery arrived with minor delay
My delivery arrived fine within a week of ordering. I was informed via email they are experiencing some delays but received regular updates on my order and an accurate delivery time in the end. The emails have quite a few typos hence does look a little scammy and it sounds like they’ve had some issues previously but my experience was fine.

After previously enjoying great products and service, I am now faced with poor customer service, late deliveries, and a frustrating returns process. I recently tried to purchase some new tennis trainers from Tennis Point, but the experience was far from smooth. The delivery was significantly delayed, leaving me without the necessary equipment for my regular games. When I attempted to return the items, the process was convoluted and the communication from the company was severely lacking. I ended up having to seek a refund directly through PayPal, which is unacceptable for a company of Tennis Point's size and reputation. The customer service I received from Tennis Point was subpar. My inquiries went unanswered for days, and the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. This is a stark contrast to the attentive and responsive service I had come to expect from the company in the past. It's truly disheartening to see the decline in quality at Tennis Point. As a long-time customer, I had grown to trust the brand and rely on their products and services. However, this recent experience has left me feeling let down and unsure if I can continue to recommend Tennis Point to others. I still haven't received my delivery.
I still haven't received my delivery. I had an email from DPS last Thursday saying that delivery would be made on Friday 26th. It did not arrive either to myself or my neighbour. No further notifications from DPS or Tennis Point even after emailing them.
