I unfortunately I did not have a good experience ordering online with Tennis Point - the items were great quality but they did not fit me. So I contacted them to return the items. Their return service is disgraceful - you have to pay the post costs yourself. The worse part was - I returned the two items I had ordered and they only refunded me for one item I am now writing to them and trying to call to get the refund for the second item I shipped back. I am extremely disappointed on this business. It is very inconsiderate and a disservice to customers. Stay away from this business!!!!!!

Ordered some black shoes from here and they turned out to be an ugly grey and black, I found out these shoes don't come in black and they had increased the contrast of the pictures to make the grey parts look black. I complained and they agreed to refund me the for both the item and the return costs. They did not refund me for the return costs. The company needs to start advertising their products accurately, with images that match the product. They have rectified the images of that particular shoe but who knows what other products have inaccurate images. They also need to follow through with the claims customer service say, to say they will refund the return cost and not do it when this whole situation is so clearly their fault is unacceptable. As a whole it makes the story very hard to trust.

This business use to be brilliant at ordering from, but sadly it seems to have gone down the pan. After waiting three weeks for a parcel which never arrived I contacted TP for an update only to receive a reply telling me that they had now received my returned item and would arrange a refund. I don't think they actually had my item to start with. Think twice before placing an order,.. and it may be more prudent to order direct from the maker.

I had a good experience with this organisation, came back on here to leave a positive review, because like many others I looked at the reviews after I had placed the order was filled with worry. I took a gamble and didn't seek to cancel the order, glad I didn't since within one week my trainers were here in the UK delivered by DPD. The only mishap I had was that Tenis Point had not put my complete address on the order. Luckily DPD allowed me to update special instructions to the delivery details and i was able to add my full address, i did contact Tenis Point customer services to update delivery details and they were not very helpful to this end, but thankfully i used my initiative and updated my address information directly with DPD. Personally overall my experience has been positive as my trainers which are out of stock everywhere in the UK were delivered to me here in the UK a week after ordering them

I was worried by some of the reviews, but checked that the racquet was showing in stock before ordering. Received it within a week of ordering which was great - did get worried as DPD were waiting for it for 2 days but it came bang on time on day 5 after ordering. Fantastic price.

Avoid. Painful communication, waiting for goods, which never arrived. I quit and just want to warn you.

So what they get wrong is communication. Firstly the URL suggests this is a UK site and goods are in UK They are not. When you buy from this site they ship to you using an international post from Germany to DPD in the UK. Then DPD ship to your address. The confusion and frustration felt by customers myself included is that as soon as they ship your items, DPD in the UK inform you they are waiting for the parcel and this goes on for days and days with no update and customers are left thinking what has gone wrong is it a scam etc but DPD are simply waiting for the international post to deliver to them in the UK. Then when they have your parcel the DPD status changes and its on its way to you. I'm guessing its a similar experience for many other international buyers. Prices are great though and your items do turn up eventually and its probably in all in quite good time considering its being sent from Germany. 5 stars because well once I understood what was happening I was happy and my goods all arrived perfect

What an awful company to deal with... 7-10 days to string a racket? really? I can do that in 30 minutes. More 5-6 days to deliver from Germany to the UK? Why are you guys even allowed to trade with a UK domain website and UK number ? There is not a single information that this product is shipped from Germany, the tracking info system is APPALING, you don't receive a single information about the progress. When you phone the customer service, they cannot provide any information about the progress of your order. I have no idea how this company is still trading and still sponsoring some tennis tournaments. I asked to cancel my order and they said they can't do that. Avoid at all costs. Buy from your local sports shop.

Quality of products good and matched photos. Communication about delivery good. Took over a week to arrive but very happy with purchases
